Just goes to prove Lappin was a gutless, heartless and wage stealer from us.

We aw knew he had ability but he chose not to prove it down Paisley way.

That's a bit unfair. Lappin was still developing as a player when he left the club and he played an important role in winning the title in 2005-06. In no way was he a wage stealer.
