Remove and re-insert smart card first to see if that works. Also press the reset button on the cable box... Or.... contact Virgin to resume service...

So you don't have cable, just freeview (council telly) and are getting this message Posted Image. Is it a hooky cable box somewhere or something?

Virgin are dropping all UHF channels off their system....every TV will need its own box.

Better off with a free view aerial for other TVs

Anybuddie who is affected by this and needs anything, don't hesitate to contact me,,b&w army discounts(homer rates anyway)..

There's a hooky supplier in the Clydebank area that supplies a one year guarantee with his chipped boxes. :D

Virgin have a new operating system-codec that can change the codes of the cards more frequently now.

The days of hooky boxs are numbered!!!!

Not so sure about the one year guarantee. My mate bought a dodgy box from him and recently the pay channels have been disappearing one by one. Nowadays he is down to just a few Freeview channels.

I seem to remember him complaining when the porn channels were first to disappear...
