Were the Buddies not good enough for him? What do Killie offer that SMFC didn't? Is he partial to the odd meat and pastry savoury snack?

We have the basis of a good team next season one reason being we have kept most of the squad together. Have confidence in Danny Lennon who has brought in is it three new players to be good additions.
Same,same,but better.

More money, more trophies and bigger crowds. Do we really need this debate again? Get over it.

More Money? - from a club who appear to have finally learned that they need to live within their means but are looking like candidates to be one of a very short list who come in favour of admitting the zombies to the SPL in order to protect their cash-flow.
More trophies? - One League Cup does not a history make. Although Saints have fallen in the closing stages, we have been more likely to pick up some silverware the Killie in recent years. Historically it's a 3-3 draw on Scottish Cups.
Get over it? - just struck me as a bit of an odd move, that was all. I am not suggesting that we hunt him down and persecute him for the rest of his days because he chose a rival team over the Buddies, just couldn't understand what they can offer him that we, as a debt free and currently stable club can't.

Killie are just choosing to allocate their wages differently,Im sure that IF Danny really wanted to offer the wages,we would have been able to keep him. Lets get upset when the transfer window shuts!

Tess is a good player - very disappointed to lose him. However, we binned him some time ago. Killie have signed a free player, not a St Mirren player. DL/TC know Tess better than any other manager in Scotland and decided he wasn't worth whatever the agent was asking. More than happy to trust their judgement on that. However, if we don't sign a left back in time for pre-season then we have no real intent of going for a top 6 finish.
That's a sensible, well-reasoned post. Has someone hacked Sid's account?

I think their whole argument in the recent fiasco was based on the "shit we need an escape route - and soon" theory. Hell mend them when they go bust because there will be no white knight (no pun intended) riding up to save them! You've gotta love that Kenny Shiels though. On tv last night pleading poverty and looking for sympathy because Killie will suffer more financial hardship than any other SPL club because of Rangers demise. Not sure how he works that one out !!! Oh, and by the way, let me introduce my new signing Jeroen Tesselar from St Mirren and I hope to add El Allagui from Falkirk soon !!!
Maybe Killie will be the second domino.
