I'm all for a bit of positivity but some of the crap that has come out over the last week isn't good. There is a line between being positive and just talking plain shite, and it's been crossed.
No more headlines of 'the next Dalglish' or 'we can finish 2nd, 3rd or 4th'. Get the players focused and do the talking on the park, because so far this season we haven't been at the races and the hype doesn't help.
Also, not to sound Shull-like but the amount of jessie haircuts and fitba boots are annoying me too. Too many 50-50s lost yesterday because they were being utter pansies.

You sound just like me, nae luckI remember the season we were promoted every time we scored the players would make the 'shhhh' sign. They never bummed themselves up in the press and just got on with the job.

Goodwin is the main offender. Since he signed a new contract he hasn't looked the least bit interested. His focus seems to be on his Sportscene career and getting his name in the papers as much as possible. Running his mouth about how we need Rangers and how we are going to finish second. He needs the armband taken away, told to shut his trap and dropped ASAP.
His ' performance 'yesterday was nothing short of disgraceful for a captain. The only thing Lennon did right during the game was hooking him at half time.

Nothing wrong with talking the team up and trying to get the support increased....however you need to deliver. Although one downside is having to listen to the "farquhars" that were sitting behind me yesterday. Had to listen to all manner of bollox yesterday...such as the "expert" "farquahar" confirming to the rest of the "farquhars" that Griffiths is Irish.

Sid the snob.Going to two games in a row appears to have gone to Faraway Saints head...made a right bawz of herself on the matchday thread.

Sadly some quality swearing and linesman / Goodwin abuse was in vain and the cnuts stayed on until the end. They spent most of the game moaning about how shite the game was for all the wrong reasons. Could me make M3 a "farquhar" free zone please?
Anyone requesting a ticket in M3 should be vetted....Are you from Ralston?.....Are you called Farquhar, Fraser or Mongomery Buttfelcher the Third?.....Are you a friend of the Heathwoods?......Is your preferred sport hockey, rugby, cricket or anything horse related?.....then just to make sure there should be a sniff test to check for "man product overload".

The previous manager was slated for not hyping things up.
Now the current manager is being slated *for* hyping things up.
Kendo's signature asks for foresight. Very ironic really.

I'm not a knicker wetter in the slightest my good man and I'm positive of the season ahead. My comments weren't meant as a criticism of the team and how they are playing, more that we need to focus a little more.
I would rather not hear from Saints players and win than than hear and see interviews all the time and lose...that pretty much sums up my gripe!

I think this will be another decent-ish season finishing 7/8th. Which is alright for just now, but in a few years time of continually finishing in this position I can see Lennon falling into the same fate as McPherson, when finishing in the same position too long requires change to take us forward.
