Budget position was unknown due to our league position and how could AR convince any player to come to us on a PCA when we weren't sure which division we were going to be in? That budget should have been enough to make us competitive in this league. I'm hopeful Rae will use it more wisely than his predecessor. Rae did OK with his January signings, here's hoping that he sorts out most of our weak areas over the summer. I'll be astonished if he's able to sort out all our problems in one window.
