Ball Boy (2/14)

  1. Graham died 10th July 2015. Funeral is on Wednesday 22nd July at 11am Woodside. Photo is from cup final night 1987.
  2. If the CiC had to sell the 52% of the shares for some unforeseen reason in the future, where would the money go?
  3. and for years just about every supporter in Scotland outwith the OF has said KEEP RELIGION OUT OF FOOTBALL.
  4. Sid, the point I was making above relates to how the club has ignored it's community within, ie us fans. We all want our club to suceed and if utilised correctly, we are actually a great untapped resource for the club in terms of our diverse expertise, knowledge, experience/s etc A simple example that you can relate to, without being publicly over-critical of the club, is that of the away strip. One post on here as a market research exercise would have shown immediately that it should have been a non-starter.
  5. Chill. What Kemp said applies to that rant also. "Sid, you have entirely misunderstood the point everyone is making here. Calm down and go read it all again." I'll re-read and reply when I back tonight.
  6. Good post. As a general rule, putting blind trust in any other human being is not recommended. Can everyone say that they are perfectly happy with every aspect of the stadium that was delivered? Apart from being impossible to please all of the people all of the time, some glaring errors were made. Had more open consultation taken place in advance, that situation may have been avoided. I'm simply saying that no matter how good any chairman and the members of a board are, like everyone else, they are not perfect. Any information that could legally be shared by the club could be scrutinised in a helpful way by our community, before committing to anything. It might just help.

Was reading in Frank McDougall's book that Jim Clunie reckoned Paisley didn't deserve a professional football team and that St Mirren should move to East Kilbride. Sometimes you can see his point.

  11. or any other member of Supras, would greatly appreciate being handed donations of that old fashioned stuff called cash on Wednesday night.

  12. and Ross is no bad at hitting a moving ball.
  13. Here's a photie of a photier
  14. Me too. It would really confuse the opposition if a team lined up like that at the start of a game. A good coach should be able to make it work Aye, he grew up as a center-half
  15. Maybe we need to play a 2-3-5 formation again
