At the stadium at 6.15pm where I was the only one at the ticket office. 4 final tickets please. Answer we closed final tickets 6pm. Explained where I live came to the stadium early to purchase tickets. No you can't buy them stop selling at 6pm with no budging. Went to the main stand reception and asked for Tony unfortunately he was with Jack Ross. So back to the drawing board. Understandi if there is a big crowd at the ticket office. I was the only one. Disappointed.

    Q&A Night with Jack Ross?

Jack Ross will be here next season whether we are in League 1 or the Championship. That is, if a bigger club doesn't come in for him. The team Alex Rae put together played the worst football I have seen from St Mirren in my all years of watching the club, I think most fans understand the size of the task Ross had and are fully behind him. Don't much care of a Q&A right now mind you, he should be spending every single second on match preparation!

    Q&A Night with Jack Ross?

Just wondered if there were any plans afoot to have a wee Q&A Night with Jack Ross and Co? Would be good to continue with bond that is forming between the management team, players and fans (that should maybe read 'some fans'). A chance to build on this 'we are in it together' attitude, which hasn't been present at the club for a couple of years. Possibly the week before the Dumbarton game and they could bring along the cup (if we win it). It has taken Jack Ross longer than I had hoped but I think something is slowly building at the club. If we keep picking up results and can catch Ayr in the next 3 or 4 games then it could be a memorable end to the season with some big games and much bigger than normal gates at St Mirren Park. COYS!

No surprise to see them both getting international recognition. They're tremendous young players and we are extremely fortunate to have them both. Congratulations are in order.

Our third Wednesday game in a row, and our fifth game in fourteen days. Pesky cup runs. Hopefully we get more of the team who beat Hibs 2-0 a fortnight ago and less of the team who lost to Raith Rovers 2-0 a week ago. Could really do with avoiding defeat, even a point here would mean we could go above Ayr on Saturday. Would much rather we won tonight than won that daft cup final next week, That Challenge Cup has been a right pain in the arse all season.

Please don't. Idiot. Your negativity is hardly helpful. Whatever you think the guy gives 100% every time he steps on the pitch. Would you prefer Ball, Marwood or Wardlaw back?

Free kicks becoming an important part of our game. The manager, and assistant, have to take credit for that.

From the Evening Old Firm .... Jack Ross wants to repay the St Mirren supporters for their incredible loyalty by putting Dundee United to the sword tonight before going on to achieve Championship safety. Over 4000 Saints fans turned out for the goalless draw against Dunfermline on Saturday, and Ross expects another noisy support to turn out at the Paisley 2021 Stadium this evening. The Buddies gaffer says that the value of such a vociferous backing shouldn’t be underestimated, and he hopes that the football they are now seeing is worthy of it. “The fanbase has been terrific, and terrifically loyal,” Ross said. “I think they recognise that there has been a change on the park, and there is now a team there that is a bit more reflective of their passion from the stands. “I think that as long as you have that then you increase the bond between the players, the staff and the supporters, and I feel that there may have been a bit of a disconnect between us on the playing side and the supporters and I don’t think that is right for a club of our stature. “It’s about building that again and my responsibility is to build that ultimately by winning games, but as long as we are making progress then they will continue to back us and that’s been seen. “It’s massively important for us and it helps us hugely both home and away. They’ve been incredibly loyal through this period and hopefully we can reward them for that. “I think we are a stronger team from the last time we played United, and that bodes well. “They are also coming off the disappointment of Friday night and with other results they have dropped further in the table. “I feel as if we are at our best when we play the bigger teams and the game becomes more open, so I’d expect it to be the same and I think with the quality players we have they will relish this chance to test themselves. “I think it will be an entertaining game and hopefully one we can go on and win.” The close links being fostered at the club don’t end between the stands and the pitch, but extend into the dressing room, with the players themselves becoming a tight-knit unit of late. Ross revealed that uniting the players in their common cause has been one of his main aims since taking the reins in Paisley. He said: “A close team spirit is exactly what we are trying to build here, and the players we brought in were brought here with that dual purpose in mind; to put a better team on the park but also to create a better feel around the club. “It helped that I was able to bring in players that I knew and trusted like Stephen McGinn and Adam Eckersley, players I had worked with before and then Cammy Smith for example from someone like Derek McInnes who I know and trust. “There are some you get a bit more fortunate with like Stelios, Billy O’Brien and Harry Davis who are good characters as well, so it’s been a bit of accident and a bit of design. “They have all come together really well though, and there is a real united purpose in what they are trying to do. “I think that has been shown, and though we would have still liked to have won more games, our recent form has in the main been very good and results have been better as well.

Have I missed something? When did John Sutton, who has scored over 30 goals for us, become the latest target of the brain dead brigade? Sutton and Loy are good strikers for this level, got to get the supply to them.

    Q&A Night with Jack Ross?

^^^ Shit! I must have been wrong.

Agree 100% We, along with many teams, don't/won't reach any sort of cup final very often and many fans, especially youngsters will just see it as a cup final and a day to be enjoyed. It could easily ignite an interest in some "fans", especially children who will continue to attend. In saying that I'll be in Tenerife, watching in Buddies Bar, apologies for not being there.

    Q&A Night with Jack Ross?

Its a point Norrie, however as well documented the club with so many wrong calls, we cant just surely do this again....... I think personally Jack has been a breath of fresh air, however he still is very new to this game, but he is honest...... We need to be honest also, we did not have the infrastructure, recruitment or BOD to play at the top table, and the fall out impacted the whole club.... SG brought us financial success however he then oversaw shocking appts This for me is a total rebuild...... Alloa had no right to be in Championship, obviously we do, but we must support now I really do believe JR is a great acquisition for our club

    Q&A Night with Jack Ross?

How will things be viewed if we don't pull this off. A manager appointed in October with 28 games left failing to keep us up and therefore overseeing two relegations in successive seasons. Personally I think we will survive via the playoff but just saying.
