Ah okay. The home top has grown on me after not being too keen at first but I was gonna hold off on getting it to see if there would be any long sleeved ones available. Might just pick up a short sleeved at the next home game. Thanks for the info

Does anyone know if there are any plans to release long sleeved tops in the shop? There haven't been any when I've been in and I asked one of the girls that works in the shop a few weeks ago and she said she didn't know if they would be getting them. I don't think I've seen anyone at games with either of the new strips with long sleeves.

I went back into the shop on the way home and the manager, after speaking with customer services, got my order cancelled so I could take one of the ones they had in store. The guy was very understanding of the crap situation for the fans and all in all I received pretty good service, it's just a pity the rest of JD can't seem to manage that. For anyone who has ordered online and not cancelled it yet they said the rest of the stock should be in before the game on Saturday but I would still take that with a pinch of salt.

I went in at lunch to pick up my top only to be told because I pre ordered online I have to wait until I receive an email telling me it's ready to be picked up and these ones aren't in yet. Despite the fact the size I ordered is in the shop I have to wait until the specific one I ordered is in. What an utter shambles JD are. Surely the point of pre ordering something is to ensure you get it before the general sale. Tbf it isn't the fault of the staff in the shop and the guy I spoke to is trying to sort it out but JD are pathetic.

I went into the Paisley shop yesterday and was told that fingers crossed the strips will be in tomorrow and the launch will go ahead. Also if you paid at the shop you will receive your £10 refund when you pick up the top and if you ordered online then it should go back into your account after you pick it up, although obviously some have already received it.

What a farce this whole thing is. I think I'll phone the Paisley store tomorrow and if they say the same thing then I might message the club to see what they have to say about it. This is the first strip I've bought in 4 years and I'd normally never prepay for one but foolishly decided to when it was unveiled. I certainly won't be making that mistake again.

Does anyone know how the £10 reduction will work for people who have pre-ordered the top and already paid for it? Will they get a refund in cash or will it be refunded into the account used to pay for it?

The email I received says that they will send another one when it has been dispatched so if you have ordered it to be collected from a store I would think you should get an email notifying you when it has arrived. Having said that with the way JD have run things so far I wouldn't be surprised if that doesn't happen. I would just keep an eye on this thread and elsewhere on social media for updates. If you don't receive any word from JD once you know others have got theirs then I would contact them to see what is happening.

You should have gotten a confirmation email with an order number and invoice. Check your email and junk folder again to make sure they didn't send you anything.
