I worked using an umbrella company not good experience wouldn't do it again..
Normally you do get paid more under them however you have no entitlement to holiday pay as you are in a roundabout way self employed and not an "employee".
I only work as a LTD company now much less hassle and your more covered.
I suppose it all depends on what you are doing and how much paperwork you want to do.

Thankfully Stephen McGinn falls into this category of non money grabbing.
He was instrumental in our survival and he had far better offers elsewhere but went with the heart rather than his agent!

You could say we're looking strong and stable 
Defence pretty much sorted - Davis would be nice but would be good to see Whyte step up. Loy and Reilly would get the attack sorted. Could do with another wide player and another centre mid - although it's been more than six months since one of those came through the academy so we're just about due another one.
