  1. Robbo Was everywhere in the 2nd half Teale spent more time at right back than Robbo. Wasnt tested defensively but won the pen for the first, crossed for he 2nd. Mcginn had half the park in the first half and didnt get the ball. Should have scored more but trying to walk the ball in in second half. Vanzy came on for Conor at half time and Kelly for Grainger with 10 mins left. Number 10 for Gretna was their standout and was pretty skillful.
  2. Looks good at right back going forward. Not tested defensively but could be another optionSent from my GT-I9300 using Black & White Army mobile app
  3. about 200Sent from my GT-I9300 using Black & White Army mobile app
  4. 2-0 thommo header. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Black & White Army mobile app
  5. Pretty strong starting 11 and then vanzy and some kids as subs
  6. Geez people have been in the Big Brother house for longer. Ally is looking even more vulnerable now he has lost the person who could keep him in a job.
  7. Going to be in Dumfries so 25 minutes down the road for me.
  8. Do people realise that since 29th July it will also cost you a fee to lodge an employment tribunal claim and also another fee if you require a hearing? You can be entitled to remission on the fees but it will put people off claiming.
  9. Chances of Darren being thrown on up front if we are chasing the game??
  10. Danny Lennon last seen bundling Lee Mair into the boot of his car and driving him to Easter Road. No fee required
  11. Thats crap about espn america as it was good to watch baseball onSent from my GT-I8150 using Black & White Army mobile app
  12. He was wide left at that. The whole midfield in that 45mins was shocking.
  13. Just saw him of ssn at almondvale earlier today. I would say his best days are behind him now and we have escaped.Sent from my GT-I8150 using Black & White Army mobile app
  14. 2 defenders with dodgy knees the other two defenders just plain dodgy. Top 6 guaranteed this year then.
  15. Maybe Teale could score a league goal this season.
  16. I would think that the money has gone towards helping breaking even. Last year 2011-12 we had probably an extra £250k in prize money in the league but because our league form was pish last season we missed out on and the money from the cup run will be needed to supplement that and go towards the youth system etc . People are under the illusion that we have a massive pot of money but are unwilling to spend it.
  17. Kenny seems to get himself injured just as the transfer window is about to close. That is the last 3 windows now that this has happened. Hope we weren't looking to cash in! Hopefully get himself back fit soon as possible and back to the form that we know he is capable of and win himself a big move in January and make the club some money that can be reinvested in the playing side.
  18. Only a matter of weeks after the launch and it is a similar story to previous years, despite assurances from JD and Richard Atkinson that it would be sorted after bedding in problems in the first year. Prefer the Paisley shop as I feel that the staff in Braehead really don't give a shit and selling the St Mirren kits is really just an inconvenience for them. You ask them questions about stock and they have no idea.
  19. I would guess Harkins will be the 2nd striker for quite a few games this season just in behind Thommo. But we will still require someone to challenge both of them and give another option should plan a fail and injuries/suspensions.
  20. Motherwell finished 2nd will have received possibly 500k+ more in prize money, qualified for Europe, have bigger crowds. Although we may not like it they are a bigger club than us with a far greater turnover. But even they have lost more players than they have brought in so far We will make more signings but within our budget.
  21. Sure the game will still go ahead as simply a pre season friendly as there will be police costs etc that couldn't be recouped. Given our under 20's got pumped at the weekend don't be surprised to see the team supplemented by a couple of the 20's promoted to the first team squad that were in Malaga.
  22. Amore is owned by the same people who own Trattoria Roma in Johnstone. Find the Trat Roma is really good and wouldn't go anywhere else in Johnstone unless to one of the Indians. Viva Italian restaurant on Bothwell St is also very good and would recommend that especially when they have Itison deals on.
