Some very good posts herer Am I correct in thinking that 10000hrs have not provided a business plan to the fans ? If not then everyone who has signed up to the monthly scheme could pull out on the grounds of lack of disclosure. I was considering getting involved at a corporate level and purchasing memberships for my family but the whole thing looks very shady. This would be a good time for everyone to start asking questions and demand to see the business plan.

How will this work? 10000hrs CIC ltd have 100 shares registered to one director (CS) The secretery of 10000hrs is a limited company which is made up of a bunch of solicitors and the other director is REA. Now this is what I can't understand: If 10000hrs take over the 52% SMFC shares they, 10000hrs, and in particular CS will own SMFC and CS could if he chose to do so sell his 100 shares to REA or to anybody else for that matter. Can someone please tell me exactly how Saint Mirren fans will be allocated shares from the 100 shares held by CS? This information is in the public domain.

FOR 10000hours. This might sound bazar to everyone on this forum but I can't keep track of this 10000hours malarky. I would like to know the official status of 10000hours as defined by the CIC Regulator. My question to 10000hours is this: Are 10000hours registered with www.bis.gov.uk/cicregulator ?
