Bud the Baker
add pink floyds ummagumma to that aswell Sorry, not my favourite Floyd album, the live set is good but the studio work is...... well a bit too "experimental" for me although you can hear snatches that would eventually be polished and reappear on later albums. Barry Proudfoot
Everyone has their favorites, it's the experimental aspect that interests me, and its what makes Interstellar Overdrive my favorite from Piper at The Gates of Dawn. Bud the Baker
Strange Days - The DoorsAfter Bathing At Baxter's - Jefferson Airplane Fifth Dimension - The Byrds Are You Experienced - Jimi Hendrix Experience Their Satanic Majesties Request - Rolling Stones The correct Airplane album. Interesting choice with the Stones' Satanic Majesties album, it's certainly one of those which split opinions, recorded over the course of a troubled year for the band during which Mick'n'Keef spent a night in jail. (Sir) Mick is now a member of the establishment while Keef is a Pirate of the Carribean - there's rumours of one final tour but none of the tracks on this album will be featured.
