div Posted September 13, 2012 Report Share Posted September 13, 2012 I have now had confirmation from GoCardless that all of the 10000Hours direct debit mandates have now been cancelled. You will retain an account with GoCardless (so you can use it for any other site that makes use of their technology) so you will be able to login to their portal and check that your subscription to 10000Hours is now cancelled if you wish.
