Dirty Sanchez
I'd anticipate that Newcastle will be playing us the same day they send their 2nd XI to Ibrox.
oaksoft
the question is how come Motherwell got in before us? Much better team, much better challenge for Newcastle. Nothing to do with mates - everything to do with Newcastle ensuring they play the right opposition to prepare for the EPL.
Kemp
Why the hell are they playing some 2nd division pish and haven't fixed anything up with us yet? Can't be arsed carrying the 2nd strip?

Can't be arsed carrying the 2nd strip? I reckon the game against sevco , might be a glamour match for the Toon , as , it would mean they could get the score into double figures , . dmc
Why the hell are they playing some 2nd division pish and haven't fixed anything up with us yet? Like it or not, that scummy lot obviously still have some clout in football! In a perfect world they would have disappeared, unfortunately there are still some troglodytes that seem determined to drag them back to the top of our leagues, I just hope Ibrox burns down! That's not a challenge playing against a young SFL side surely?

Paul Dummett and Conor Newton both had successful loan spells with the Buddies last term." We'll also get an early peek at who we're getting on loan next year!! DLBud
Do we have to pay Newcastle for appearance? I know this happens with most "big" teams and if that's the case them it probably explains the price of a ticket.
Drew
Ooft! £15. I'm pretty sure that is what I paid for the cup semi at Hampden, no (possibly £20, but even so)?

Sergie's no1 fan
Do we have to pay Newcastle for appearance? I know this happens with most "big" teams and if that's the case them it probably explains the price of a ticket. Ye, maybe we have got them at a discounted price. Thats what happens when you want to play a big team though, plenty of fans have been moaning for years about getting a 'glamour' friendly at home. Pretty sure County will be charging more than usual for their friendly with Man U. Brentford have given Celtic fans 2 stands for their game, the Brentford chairman said its to make sure they make enough money to cover the fee Celtic wanted.
