It was mentioned on open all mics that it was being observed at Easter Rd but nothing about our game, mind you, Murdo MacLeod hardly said anything all game Glad it was respectfully observed Except for his rambling description of the 1st Thistle goal which went on for about 30 secs before he actually told us which side had scored !!! BAWZ Posted September 1, 2013 Report Share Posted September 1, 2013 That's a cracking Saints strip on the cover That's the strip we wore in the 1962 Scottish Cup final against R*ng*rs (which we sadly lost 2-0) and was the one I associated with the team when my dad first started taking me regularly to Love Street. I had two copies of the Evening Times cup final poster with the full team decked out in that strip. One got ruined as I carried it everywhere with me, folded up in my jacket pocket.
