For all the aging stoned hippies (sic) out there Gold are showing Jessica Hynes:wub: & Simon Pegg's excellent sitcom Spaced latish at the weekends.

Well worth watching in it's own right it's also the show where Pegg & Nick Frost first worked together and was directed by Edgar Wright - the trilogy behind the Cornetto Trilogy.

Last night on channel 4, "Old Peoples Home for 4 Year Olds" was interesting.

10 four year olds were taken to a rather posh old peoples home and spent the day interacting with them.

The old people had various measurements taken before the experiment.

This has been done in the USA for over 25 years but, surprisingly, no real measurements have been taken, although it's fair to say their is a visible increase in many functions of the old people.

Second part on tonight and I'd bet there will be considerable improvements in many of the areas that were measured.

Some of the forum users should try it, maybe help them get over themselves.

Eden: Paradise Lost on Channel 4......................

A bunch of people are isolated in a remote part of Scotland, completely cut off and are set a task to live and build a community.

I missed last nights but tonight's episode is getting darker by the minute.

I'll not "spoil" it in case anyone cares to catch up but shows that when the opportunity arises that men will quickly slip back into the dark ages.

Come to think of it, could be quite a few forum members.
