saint in exile
The ref thought there was a clear foul to disallow our goal. He was wrong there as well. Didn't see the disallowed goal, but the sending off was fair.
cambiebud
Ian Murray, manager of St mirren, just said he is the happier of the two on that result Couldn't make it up, unless your name is Murray WTF? We had 10 men for 35 minutes. Of course he's the happier

Julian Banjos
Dug in and did well after the sending off. Still not playing with any fluency but there are some promising signs. Would like Webster beside Baird though, and we need more from the midfield.
nosferatu
Murray is only 34 and stopped playing in 2012. Why? Was he injured?

saint in exile
Positives tonight - clean sheet and Langfield (apart rom his little 'moment' near the end. Oh, and Conlan being suspended for the next game.
saintnextlifetime
Can only see us getting better. The sending off worked in our favour. It galvanised the team. Gallagher looked good and the defence were pretty solid after the ridiculous red card. Also I thought SPL refs were terrible. That one tonight was abysmal Indeed , the standard of referring is really abysmal . .
beyond our ken
f**k off! wait till the morning, when you are sober and realise you might one day you have to say that to my face i am pishing myself at he very thought
BanburyBud
When we used our pace in the team we caused them problems. Gallagher made a big difference when he came on. Langfield clearly gives the defence confidence and his performance was worthy of man of the match. Watson was relatively impressive, for me too. All in all I think we've got to be happy with the point. Morton were obviously going to come at as being the home team and first derby for 15 years. To that end I think we coped with their pressure reasonably well. As confidence grows I think we will start to progress as a team.

Kemp
Funny indeed how many on here seem to want St Mirren to fail. Or just want to have an argument in some sad cases! Even Jim Duffy has just come out and said it was never a red card! That said, very poor from us when we had 11 on the pitch. I really expected Murray to readjust us to this league much better. scrappy coco
Langfield and Goodwin different class but it's amazing to see how far we have come in terms of our style of play. We are well and truly at our level in this league. Stand outs, without a doubt...

Fresian Coo
Anybody know why our best dead ball prospect and general midfield thinker (Mallan) continues to warm the bench while inferior personnel make the first team?
LoganSMFC
Morton Fan? You saying that given the fact we were a shambles most of the game and down to 10 men you are dissapointed with the draw?? Either just pointless post building or a sad attempt to try and be clever. In any case you know fk all. With 11 men we should be beating teams like Mortin but given the events of the night ill take a point and hopefully 3 next game. Big Yards
Would never have taken Agnew off, was our only goal threat. McMullan and howieson were non existent. Should've been one of them. But at the end of the day there's no hiding the fact we are rank rotten! Didn't build one single move in the whole game!!!
