As a competing athlete or team of athletes it is right and proper to rise above any other feeling and congratulate a team of fellow athletes who have been the best team across the season. It builds and shows character in players to want to be the next team applauded onto the pitch by their rivals. The hissy fit Stubbs and Hibs threw was demeaning of them in the extreme. No matter which club it is, a sportsman should show their character and applaud on the league winners. It will be especially thrilling for our opponents being a new club and all, but still duty calls. Then kick the bigoted bastards all the way back to Govan, whilst winning and pissing on their parade! Would like to have had the chance to say farewell to Thommo and Goody but the thought of going to the game is rather repulsive as Saint Mirren Park will be a mini Castle Greyskull for the day. What honour should be offered to such an organisation, with a squad of full-time overpaid players who crawled slowly through the lower leagues, (even though they were a completely new organisation and should never have been admitted in front of other genuine and worthy clubs), and still couldn't do it as quickly as Gretna did AND were gubbed by Hearts (a club whose fans bought it OUT of potential liquidation) last year? Where's the honourable achievement in that? And do I even need to mention the bigots that support that shite? Why are Buddies even using the word "honour" in the same sentence as sevco? Fuxake!
