So Farewell Marni Nixon........

A few days late but I was sad to hear that singer & actress Marni Nixon has died.

A Broadway and cabaret star in her own right she is probably best known for providing the on-screen singing voice of Deborah Kerr (The King and I), Natalie Wood (West Side Story) and Audrey Hepburn (My Fair Lady) in the 50's and 60's.

A trouper till the end she was still working in her 70's and was 86 when she died on Sunday.
