kevo_smfc
I remember hearing about the bus, though didn't realise it was active as i hadn't checked in here. I walked with a few of the lads back to town centre after the bar closed.

Not sure if it's supposed to or not but I was at the Falkirk game in hospitality when the fire alarm went off and we all bundled into the bus (which was absolutley rammed) and it dropped us off at Saporito (after taking an incredible route half way round Paisley it has to be said!) Think anyone can use it to be honest, there's no checks whatsoever made when piling on!

Kendo
Saints v Dundee Utd The rescheduled League Game with Dundee United will be played this coming Wednesday 15th March, 2017 with a 7-45pm kick off. It's a preview of the up and coming Irn Bru Cup Final and a chance to put some more points on the board and catch Ayr Utd.Saturdays result draws us ever closer to Ayr and a victory on Wednesday would see us within one point of catching them.Manager Jack Ross came in to the supporters club after Saturday'sgame against Dunfermline and wanted to thank all our supporters for the fantastic backing he and the team have received. We are very much all in this together and it's a note to the bond being built between players, management and fans that Jack came to speak to the supporters before speaking to the media.Other matters to share with you include that our supporters bus for the upcoming Irn Bru Cup Final is now full after selling out on Saturday. There are no plans to run another bus as many club members have made arrangements by booking hospitality and using local pub buses. One other point of note is the catering facility within the club will now be closed for mid week games as unfortunately there has been a very poor take up midweek. The facility will continue on weekend match days and I hope we can continue to support it. Doors open at 5-30 pm on Wednesday and as usual members guests need to be booked in by emailing [email protected] The chase is on and I can hear the theme tune to the great escape ringing in my head. Best wishes Alan Wardrop SMFC

I got chatting to him during the game. It's plain he has us in his heart. Checking T'internet for other results in the division and waxing lyrical about our young midfielders. He'll always be a Saints' legend.
soldiersaint1877
I popped in after the game yesterday and was massively impressed. I'm not a member and would probably only use it now and then as if i remember correctly there is a few and a subscription which counts me out unless I get in for free. Kendo
Some interesting information below. Saints v Dumbarton Cometh the hour cometh the man and boy did our lads stand up to the challenge and pressure of Saturday's game with an emphatic win against our nearest league rivals Ayr Utd with a huge 6-2 win.It was'nt just the result but the quality of our play which blew away the opposition and reminded fans of my generation of The Fergie era ... it really was that good.It brings us within one point of Ayr Utd and within three points of Raith Rovers. The only disappointment was the injury to Lewis Morgan.Saturday's result draws us ever closer to Ayr Utd and a victory on Saturday could finally see us start to climb the table.Former League Cup winning Manager Danny Lennon visited our club to read out the teams pre match and share his support for our league campaign. We have the momentum and we look forward to Saturday's game with Dumbarton knowing we are the in form team with 6 wins out of our last 8 games in the league. Doors open at 12-00 pm on Saturdayand we will be showing the Spurs v Watford match on Sky Sports which has a 12-30pm kick off. Some members have asked if we still have BT Sport but we had to give this up after a £500 per month fee was introduced. As usual members guests need to be booked in by emailing [email protected] The earlier you can e mail your guests the better as last Saturday was our highest Supporters Club attendance to date and we drank the bar dry of 3 kegs of Fosters , double our normal. Good effort and we know we need to order more in future. We have also added Corona bottled beer to our range of drinks. I think at this point I should share more information on our club having been asked a number of questions at Saturday's game. We currently have the highest number of members since the club opened a year ago and there is room for more so please pass the word to continue to grow our club. The club generates £22,000 in membership fee's, £8,000 profit from bar sales and £2,000 from guest fee's.For the avoidance of doubt the club has no debt and the revenue generated now provides enough new income to cover the cost of one additional player for next season. New membership cards have been ordered and will be issued later this month. We will advise you when they are available for collection. The " Buddy Bus " will operate on Saturday as previously stated until the end of the season on Saturday match day's from 5-30 pm, 6 pm and lastly at 6-30 pm. Our support is getting bigger and noisier with 4,620 in attendance on Saturday singing to the beat of the drum. The Saints are ready to begin the March up the league. Come on Ye Saints ! div
Great to see the club thriving and now actively contributing to the finances of the club too. Every time I've been in recently some small thing has improved. Great to have Sky now linked into the big screen for example, and the food really is very good now, home made fayre and very reasonably priced. Eaglesham saint
I was in on Saturday enjoyed it indeed,so much so my wife and I and my grandson joined today. On cold winter days a bowl of soup and a sausage roll sounds good I have disposable income and don't mind paying for it,I appreciate not everyone can afford it ,if it helps the club all is good
