SMiSA as a 'shareholder' have a representative attending but there are others who would like to attend the allocated person attending would abstain from any voting and an overview of the meeting would be provided to anyone giving their proxy please pm me or email [email protected] thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
