So Farewell Then....Barry Norman

Barry Norman reviewed a film called 'Orphans' the film starred Scottish actors. Barry Norman's review included the statement that if the Scottish film industry wanted to be taken seriously the films they produced should have subtitles as he struggled with the Glasgow accents. Is that clearer?

-Will someone do a review of the funeral?

Something like this

The proceedings started slowly but as you took your seat things started to move along nicely, the entrance of the much expected coffin was a bit clichet but it would not be a funeral otherwise would it?  We had the usual cast of grieving family, friends, people who felt they had to go and some hangers on there for the free buffet.  It was an entirely predictable production but with a strong performance from the highly experienced minister who commanded attention and gave just the smallest enticing hint of a life spent "in drink".  All in all, big Boaby from co -operative funeralcare who directed the entire performance will be happy with a solid production.  You are left with a slight cliff hanger when it was not revealed whether Barry, the absentee star of the show believed in re-incarnation or not so will he have a sequel?  Wait and see viewers.  I have been TT and you have been watching Funerals 2017.

There's that wickedly dry sense of humour again...
