Almost like a home game, coming quickly after last night's poor result. This is a chance for us to put ourselves right back in contention in the group. St Mirren to win 2-1.:thumbs2

Already a "must win" game if we are to stay in this competition.

Result..................who knows at  this stage of the season.

It would be nice to stay in the league cup but i'd take getting all our poor results out the way before the league starts. It is a must win on Saturday realistically.

In theory, aye great, but I'm not believing that if we continued to have poor results in the cup we will, magically, turn it on in the first league game.

Early days and no need to panic.

Forecast is rain on Saturday so may well affect the away support. Problem could be finding a pub that will show the game instead of the golf

There is a Roof on the Firhill Main Stand to protect the fans from precipitation.

On paper this is the toughest of the group games. I expect another tough game.

Keeping a clean sheet is obviously key.

Not really important.

They score 10,  us score 25

Will be watching this one on TV.

Me too.

Was always going to.

Livvy supporter on P&B saying that we gave them are more difficult game than Thistle did.

Hope springs eternal. Until 4.45ish on Saturday evening.

What it does is let the manager fine tune the squad for the start of the league season in other words fix what is wrong. Before you go in another tantrum yes I would like St Mirren to stay in the betfred cup. Make sure you got that last bit.

Always enjoy Thistle away ,although I wish we weren't put in the old main stand.

2-2 draw with us gaining the extra pen point .

I'm normally well up for the West end this time will watch it in a bar in Rothesay. Will be at the Ardrie game though no matter the Thistle result.
