Bud the Baker
Met Elvis Presley on a fillum set and then had his path confirmed by seeing The Beatles on The Ed Sullivan Show. Over here he was initially lumped in with New Wave as he was an "angry young man" but he was always a rock'n'roller. Oh some advice - never get in the back of a van if American Girl is playing in the background. RIP Otis. Bud the Baker
BBC4 tonight a 10:30pm are showing a Tom Petty concert from 1980 @ Oxford Polytechnic. That'd be the Damn the Torpedoes Tour. **************** Which was excellent, Sky Arts were showing the 30th Anniverary concert at the same time. RIP Clayton.
