12th in the league after 25 games. We ended that season winning only 9 times from 34 league games.

Our team included one Mr. James Clunie and making his debute at 17 years old was wee Archie Gemmell.

Edited to say The above info refers to the next year! As I've just noticed my table is 1963-64 and not 64-65. Though Jim Clunie was still there.

That was the season after we got promoted, the 1-0 win over Rangers was the last game of our longest ever unbeaten run in the league.

With regards to the table above, we didn't win again in the league that season, 2 draws and 10 defeats from the last 12 games!
