Whilst it was inevitable that this would have happened sometime, this episode for me has  not so much taken the shine of the championship season, but definitely taken the excitement out of our promotion.

We are where we are for one reason and one reason only. Jack Ross.

When he goes we’ll soon revert to the same old dross. I don’t share the optimism of others that we will get anyone who comes even remotely close to replacing JR.

I don't think it's a given that we'll revert to the same old dross. We're in a much better position than we were before JR , so we should be able to attract a manager with a decent pedigree. Unfortunately our style of play will probably be different, unless we've secreted away one of JR'S baw hairs and are planning to make a clone.

He'll never be a loser with St.Mirren, but will be a loss.

I think it’s the right decision for jack to take a job like that give it ago would be a huge step up in wages.

His reputation in Scotland would remain however if he stayed with us and we didn’t do so well next year then his reputation goes completely down hill chance of big money down south would go out the window.

Zero per cent chance Jack is mad enough to go there.

Mind, they train about three minutes' from my house, and Jack moving to the area would be brilliant for property values, so... B)
