Isle Of Bute Saint
Welcome back Paul you have the experience now and at a good age. The fact your a McGinn is the icing on the cake. All of us are gutted Jack is away but this is a new chapter in our history with Stephen captain and a new boss I'm sure we will kick on. Drew
Welcome back, Paul. There can't be many players who sign for a club the very day the management team depart, so that's one for the grandweans in the bank before you've even kicked a ball. Might even be a decent pub quiz question in Paisley boozers in years to come (if any remain open, that is).

Bud the Baker
Reminds me of DVZ signing before DL arrived - that didn't work out too bad. Might be the last one till we get the new guy appointed. Where's the beef?
athens-saint
Sunderland manager Jack Ross signs Paul McGinn for St.Mirren. Happy enough with this as the McGinn family have a good track record. How did he do last season playing for relegated Partick?

Sweeper07
Welcome back Paul - Hope you play many 1st team games this time and convince John to come back in a year or two. (or sooner) Cast off the gloom of last season and learn to be a winner with the Saints!!!!

zico
I heard that one of his brother’s might be related to a former Rangers chairman. Anyone know if this is true?

aldo_j
Good addition to the squad. Considering we’ve lost three full backs from last season, he’ll bring depth and experience at this level.
Balmullo Bud
Solid signing. Good luck back in Paisley, Paul.

northstbuddie
Welcome back to St Mirren Paul. I am sure you and your big brother will be very important players for us next season. However, your wee brother may also be a key "player" in St Mirren's fortunes in their return to the Scottish Premiership.
alshboy
Spoke to a few Thistle fans regarding Paul McGinn. They all state he is at best bang average and certainly not their first choice left back., which says a lot about a club that's just been relegated and was hovering around the bottom end of the table all season. Footnote to this, what if the new Manager doesn't rate him?? Potentially a complete and utter waste of a wage, not to mention messing the boy about. Only time will tell,
Cornwall_Saint
Welcome back Paul, good luck. We need full backs after losing three of them so this is decent, he knows what the SPL is about. Now convince John to go to Sunderland for £10m so we get our 30%, then convince him to come back a year later.
