Luther G. Presley
Would that have been named Cannes at one point? I remember going there when I was still at school, and the place was full of people my age, I sometimes wonder why it closed down.

Tommy
Not a paisley pub but I noticed the Ferry Inn in Renfrew has closed. Sign saying it is up for rent but giving it location I would be surprise if it ever opened again.

Tommy
Restaurant? It has got a kitchen but it is a dump so a lot of money would need to be spent on it. Hundreds of new flats close by but with Escape just along the road it could be 1 restaurant to many. There is an Indians 50 yards from it as well next to the snooker hall. Isn't there a travelodge or similar at ferry village though?Hopefully someone has the vision to regenerate the building as a viable business.
