    9. St.Mirren For Sale

The majority shareholding in the club was up for sale for 7 years! Eventually the shareholding was purchased by Gordon Scott and SMiSA in July 2016 with almost 1300 supporters contributing to the successful bid.

This forum is now really just an archive of some of the threads that took place in that 7 year period.  ps; Anyone mentions the Argies they get banned.

    • Another nanny state interference. And it will never work. There was a 40 something woman actually interviewed saying, and I kid you not, "I wish the ban was in place when I was 11!. BIG NEWS HEN. IT WAS! You were smoking illegally.  The only way this can work medium to long term is the introduction of identity cards to show you're 25, not 24, or 35, not 34.  I stopped smoking almost 30 years ago but, if the government are allowing sale of tobacco to one adult, it should be the same for all adults. Yes. Use education as a weapon against it but not this. It's bad enough that the overbearing Scottish Parliament is trying to stop all those but the well off to have a drink without interfering even more with people's rights.
    • I had hoped Rangers would win it but they f**ked that at weekend hopeless cunts.
    • First 2 sets of fixtures will be crucial  Set 1. Hearts will want to cement 3rd place and hopefully beat Kilmarnock, We are home to Rangers you never know  Set 2 Rangers at home smash Kilmarnock and we beat Dundee to cement 5th place and European Football  Set 3 We beat Kilmarnock at home to go 2 points behind them  Set 4 Kilmarnock get arsed whipped by Celtic as they clinch the title, as we beat a Hearts team with nothing to play for to go 1 point ahead in 4th  Final games Celtic team Hungover don't give a monkeys as they lay down to a Saints team desperate for the points. while the Dundee players Big Joe Shaughnessy and Curtis Main send the big Kilmarnock support back home crying, with Trevor Carson sitting in the stands raging    What could possibly go wrong
