  1. Great day out yesterday. The support was amazing and the team responded with a great victory. Good to catch up with some other far travelled buddies from Orkney and North Berwick. Still in Inverness going for a couple of beers before flying back to Shetland this afternoon. Also had a bit of money on a St Mirren, Morton and a draw between Hearts/Ross County so £300 to the good. Happy days[emoji3]

  2. Having watched the highlights twice I wonder what game wee moany Robbo was watching. 1 Where were all these wonder saves Sammy made. They were saves I would expect a keeper of Sammys ability to make. He's a real good keeper. 2. It's was a def pen. it wasn't shoulder to shoulder he clearly barged Morgan in the back. 3. We are the away team you expect them to have more shots but they were all from long range. 4. Looked like a good away display at a tricky venue. Hit them on the break and defend well. Looked like that's what we done. If Robbos team does that somewhere he will be hailing his team. Well done to Jack and the players great result. And big respect to the fans making that trip up there in awful weather. Coys

    ICT vs St. Mirren 25/11/17

Here’s a report We took the lead with an Ian McShane penalty on the 52nd minute. They lost the plot a bit and Vigurs got sent off with 10 minutes to go. Our fans were brilliant and sang the team home, Gavin Reilly sealed it near the end. I genuinely can’t explain how good our support was, ridiculously loud, the team came to us at full time to show appreciation. Love our club.

  4. Just back in the house from the game today. Thought we were fantastic today, don't think a single player had a an off game, everyone was at 100%. Special mention to Sammy, thought he was our best player on the park today, the conditions were absolutely shocking however none the less he commanded his box brilliantly, pulled off a number of save to keep us in the game and with the way that ball was skidding of the park, to keep a clean sheet was incredible. Probably one of the coldest i've ever felt while watching a game of football, but absolutely worth it!

He looks as though he is having trouble shifting a stubborn stool based on that photo. That might explain a lot.

  9. Watched the interview with Robo last night and now I’ve watched the highlights I’m really confused. Didn’t Robo say “we weren’t beaten by St Mirren today”? Could have sworn we scored 2 to their nil.

When McKenzie's fit , I'm sure Jack will confirm that Gary and Harry will be his first choice partnership. It does say a lot for our squad depth when we have been playing what is really our second choice central defensive partnership for most of the season , yet we're at the right end of the table. For me , McKenzie and Davis are assured when playing together , and they both offer more at the other end of the pitch than Baird and Buchanan too. That said , Baird will be a better player for playing with Davis , so if Gary McK continues to struggle with injury I would have no fears !

Wasn't there today but I see it mentioned that Baird was outstanding. Not surprising with the organisational Davis beside him. Baird will become a big player for us if Davis stays fit .

Penalty and red card totally ruined the game. Sinclair more or less admitted he made a meal of it on the radio just now. Rubbish for us neutrals. Boo...

  28. I watched the highlights but haven;t watched Robbo's interview. The match report6s I've sene all say McShane challenged Vigurs before the 2nd booking, the highlights show Vigurs taking McShane's feet away from him.The reports also quote Robbo as saying 'I have seen video of the penalty showing the ball was run out of play before the challenge' - Get your eyesight tested it must be a good yard away from the bye line

  34. Baird has definitely been a shining star for me this season and the main consistency in terms of availability and performance through our back 4. Nightmare at Cappielow excepted. We've suffered badly from struggling to have a settled back line for a variety of reasons. Hopefully this is now behind us and the guys that in were there today are our strongest when all are available in my opinion. Perhaps a case can be made for Gary Mac instead of Baird but Baird is in such good form right now, you can't really shift him out.

  35. I feel sorry for his team getting cheated out of 'shree' points for the second time this season. That's twice in two games we've managed to not beat them but still came away with max points from both.

Interesting Billy, given how critical you have been of Jack. For me, Baird is already a big player for us. He earned that tag on his own merit.

  39. Fantastic 3 points there. Insert tough place to go and other clichés about Inverness. Looked like a cracking support we took up there too. Fair play to any Saints fans who made the journey up there and back on a miserable November day, you deserved that win as much as anybody. Also kudos to Gavin Reilly. He’s proved me and many others wrong, looks like he’s going to go well over 20 goals this season.
