JUst a wee note to everyone who has contributed to this thread by voicing an opinion whereby our Chairman should resign.

f**k off, St Mirren are too good for you.  We don't need the likes of you.  Arseholes.

Greeting faced snowflake wankers the lot of you.

Just a wee note... you are an arsehole! The 'likes of you' repersents almost every St Mirren fan I know. Oh and he wasn't at the game on Saturday so time for the club and the useless Smisa to tell us what the feck is happening at our club

  2. The fact Needham is still there just shows what a joke club we have become off the park. The fact he’s not done the right thing by now tells me everything I want to know about him. Not someone who should represent our club in any way shape or form never mind be chairman. Absolutely unbelievable.

Oh and still NOTHING from smisa and St Mirren. What the feck is happening behind the scenes at our club. They are VERY fortunate Jim and the team are doing so well ON the park.

Any chance of this blowing over was gone the second that he apologised. Sevco fans were never going to accept it and it simply gave more air to the story. Now it’s just a matter of time. It would be good to think that it wasn’t just faux victimhood and that Rangers actually did want to stand up to sectarianism, but we know the game. That’s perhaps the saddest thing about all this.

Final thought is that I don’t like to see Kibble sticking the boot in. Another example of why I don’t like that arrangement - they will always have to put Kibbles interests first, not St. Mirren’s. We’re in this mini-crisis and they’re issuing statements separate to the club. Not helpful and not a good look.

That’s because as we go into day 4 of this shit show the silence from St Mirren and Smisa is deafening! Not a single word! Amateurs! If they think they can stick their head in the sand and this will go away they are very much mistaken. Needham should have resigned by now and done the club and the supporters a favour. But if he won’t do the right thing then he needs sacked. Today.

Thing is there’s loads of things that can be done but our commercial and marketing dept are pretty much stale and out of ideas, and you can’t get a say or a voice at the club unless you’ve “been vetted and have the approval of the smisa board”….

We have a commercial and marketing Dept?

Clearly Kibble thought they HAD to distance themselves fron the idiot Chairmans comments. If St Mirren think they can bury their head in the sand and this will go away they are very much mistaken. Says everything you need to know about Needham that he hasn't already resigned and saved the club being a laughing stock. If he is not prepared to do the right thing then he should be sacked. Today.

So St Mirren fans are now looking to the DailyRanger for moral guidance…?!!  :o

I liked this tweet from Bernie Senior….

    Sectarian singing

    Spitting at a player

    Vandalising the stadium

    Trashing seats

    Breaking segregation rules

    Silence.

    How about…
one town, one team, one spine?

No Clown. I used that article to get the official quote from Kibble. St Mirren, having known for 3 days now this was coming are STILL saying NOTHING. Absoultely disgraceful. We all know how this is ending. Get it done tomorrow one way or the other and kill the story!

Why wait till 3.05 yesterday before tweeting his apology. This should have been done, including his resignation,

before the arrival of the opposition.

If he went through the interview procedure that SMiSA have in place it needs to be reviewed.

He will no longer (if he ever  had) have any authority within the hierarchy of football

I am disgusted that a Chairman of St Mirren Football Club has stooped so low to even consider

    making the comments he did.

He must go immediately to stop the media attention he has brought on us.

St Mirren clearly thought they could bury their head in the sand and this story would go away. It is now going to be covered by every media outlet in the country bringing shame and embarrasment to our club. He should be writing his letter now and putting a stop to this.

I'm sure there's a better poll, with the results just getting finalised this now. That I'd be more inclined like most to think is a truer reflection on independence. emoji1022.png󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

ETA. Just noticed this was about having a vote tomorrow. Nobody I know of is saying have one tomorrow. emoji1787.png

For someone obsessed by grammar and spelling WTF is this shit show?🤣

THICHASFCUK? My excuse is 2 bottles of wine, what's yours? Thanks for the English lesson. You're a prick. Is that better? Have a great weekend. 🙂

  10. Really hope the SNP get an overall majority. The thought of that little shit Patrick Harvie having any influence or power beggars belief and after another 5 years of the shitshow that is the SNP hopefully the Scottish people will wake the f8ck up!!! Having had the piss taken out us by the Labour party for a generation hopefully the country can see through this talentless bunch a bit quicker. Look into the quality of people who are there. Joe Fitzpatrick sacked as public health minister after Scotland having one of the worst drugs death records in the whole world gets 19818 votes in Dundee City West!! Oh the irony... The people of Dundee and Scotland get what they deserve!! Believe me the SNP are Nicola Sturgeon. The rest? You wouldn't send them for your messages let alone run our country.

He has the ability but confidence as you say is an issue and doesn’t always seem to give it 100%. In truth, I don’t see him becoming a regular starter for us due to the above.

Ability (and he's not shown much of it) is no use if you don't have heart and a work rate. Rightly hooked at halftime and one we should be certainly looking to offload.

It would appear to me that you are the one looking to start a fight in an empty hoose.......as ma dad wid say,   Santaponsasaint stated in his original post 'There was rumours about Jim Gillespie wanting a artificial pith at SMP' he then went on to say first and foremost St Mirren are a professional football club with  the first team and academy as the priorities.  His point being I would suggest; is that we need to keep a grass pitch to fulfil these objectives, and I for one heartily agree with him, so he lost no argument simply because you choose not to understand, or! well you can guess the other option. :)

You conveniently don't quote him in full. What he actually said was 'There are rumours about Jim Gillespie wanting a artificial pitch at SMP so his kids could run about the stadium.' It's so ridiculous, so absurd I thought it needed to be challenged. After todays COVID fiasco maybe the notion that we are a professional football club needs challenged as well?

  14. Anyone who reads the full 15 page decision and doesn't think we deserve what we got has tunnel vision. If that is us 'robustly defending our position' then we are a complete embarrassment. Really got to ask who is in charge these days and where does the buck stop? Whoever it is, their job I would suggest is hanging by a thread. We look, not for the first time, like a bunch of amateurs.

But you are happy to spread a RUMOUR that the CEO of Kibble wants an artificial pitch at the ground so his kids can run around the stadium? Have you any idea how utterly ridiculous you sound?

Go away ya boring clown. I explained to you once. Thats enough.

When the argument is well and truly lost resort to abuse. Have a good day 👍

I never said the kibble done anything. Your reading between the lines and coming up with your own answer. For my own reason I said I wasn't happy with them being involved. Never once did I say they were up to anything illegal. Or anything else. And yes I'm totally against plastic pitch being installed at SMP.
