On Thursday a club announcement was made following a further discussion with members of the Fans Council that day
As a result of feedback received from our supporters affected by the change in seating at the forthcoming Rangers match, the club has engaged with The St Mirren Fans Council and have taken on board the thoughts and feelings of our supporters.
As a result the affected Season Ticket holders are being offered a £10 reduction on next season’s Season Ticket and will be invited to a special screening of the League Cup winning video at a future date to be confirmed.
The venue will be the new SMFC 1877 supporters club which will open shortly. Players from the cup winning team will be in attendance.
The club wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Stable door closed, horse already bolted.
Something like this should have happened BEFORE deciding to give them the extra tickets.

So, in effect, £16 for a burger, fries and a cup of tea?

From Seedhill the sky has a greenish glow when looking north towards Renfrew.

2-0 to Falkirk

We won because the opposition were worse than us.
Or, in other words, we were better than them.

Looks like a decent turnout in the North Stand.

FFS 1-0 down after 4 minutes

I'm sure it was a back-heel nutmeg on Chris Waddell but that might be my memory embellishing it.
Brilliant goal at Cappielow and I remember him at Cliftonhill getting a yellow card because a Hamilton player was injured off the pitch, rolled back on to get play stopped and Brian tried to "help" him back off so the game could re-start.

Tremendous in Cool Hand Luke and Earthquake and could turn his hand to comedy as in the Naked Gun series.

Spooky18 years to the day since Dermot Morgan went.

Frank Kelly, best known for playing Father Jack in Father Ted.

Peter Martin after a Kenny Miller dive in the box "maybe if the St. Mirren defenders had a machete or a machine gun the Referee might give US a penalty award"
Cunt.
-
Peter Martin is being a total prick on the commentary.
Have to say, TBH, it's 0-0 going on 3 or 4 for Sevco.

For anyone with an android box and kodi the game is in Sports>Sportsdevil>firstrowsports.eu

Listed in programmes from that season as 1723 having been inaccurately reported as 723 by newspapers. I was at that game and there was no way there was only 723 in attendance.
I was also at that game and there was no way 1723 were in attendance
I was in the main stand and, looking out, there was no one behind the Love St end and only a smattering of fans in the North Bank.
Somewhere between 723 and 1723 would likely be the reality and it was certainly the lowest crowd I ever witnessed in all my time as a supporter (1976-)
-
There have not be many,if any, crowds of under 1000 at St Mirren home games.
Stenhousemuir 2005-06 in the Challenge Cup.
Official attendance was little more than 700.
