I think Danny is keeping some of the money back for January. I don't think we would have won the cup had he not signed Goncalves. I also think he needs to keep money aside to replace Newton if we don't get another 6 months out him. Still like to see a new good CB. Talk of strikers is encouraging though.

Here carslile united are in for Adam. Starting to think its time to look at other options up front that way if we get him its a bonus and if Newcastle were to recall him we would have other options.

hearts only won cause it was a derby match. Don't think both teams looked anything special. Not only that if hearts get any injuries they can't sign any replacements. Hibs will sack fenlon. How can anyone judge Harkins yet. He has only played a handful of pre season freindlys and 1league game. Who cares what killie think either. I think he will be a good signing he is a midfeilder that can get us a goal and create a goal don't mind having one of them in the team.

I was gutted when saints sacked McPherson and worried when they appointed cowdebeaths manager Danny Lennon thought it was huge mistake. But the football got better after his first season. He went on to win us a cup. He only ever talks up the club the fans. what really gets to me is his job seems to hinge on the loan deals with Newcastle that's not right the board should back him give him some money to sign key players rather than pin our hopes on loan players.

Sack Danny Lennon after 1 game. Does no one remember county square singing there's only one Danny Lennon not that long ago after winning the cup. And replace him with who sheilds and calderwood being the names banded about. I agree Brady and Reilly are promising but not ready yet. I just hope with the extra week because of Celtics joke game against liverpool we use that time to get a striker. Mcausland is the best defender saints have yet so called saints fans slate him so badly on this site. Give the lad a break. I think he deserves a good CB to play along side so does magregor. Thought saints looked good tonight. Grainger looked alright need to get him crossing more even Goodwin at back looked ok. Reily looked promising up front as good as cambell if in honest just not as fast. Cheesey done well in fact all the saints done well.
