I think a question that remains to be answered is, will it only be the batch that the club currently have onsale that will have the overprint, with future bulk orders to the manufacturers, produced minus sky view? I really don't know how this sort of things works.
It's the best looking strip we have had in years as well which adds to the disappointment, as I am reluctant to buy until the above is clarified.

He's a free agent and he's 31 , he has played less than 100 games over the last 5 seasons. If he wants to finish his career playing regularly he's going to have to look at all offers !

No injury, likely to play tomorrow night. Only allowed seven subs on the bench this season so players like him, Flynn & Mccalister aren't currently making the squad.

With the news today that close contacts of players who test positive will still have to isolate , then as long as the players are using the stand as a base , instead of Ralston , then there will still be restrictions !

I would suggest that no away fans of any club can be considered for admission until all ST holders and patg fans are accommodated ( OF fans seem to be getting considered for South stand as usual)

No it won't take a rest, and hopefully the vaccination programme will allow a return to "normality" of a sort.

Spikes have happened before in a number of countries who thought it was under control.

I am not living in a cave.

I had my first draught pint in 15 months two weeks ago.

Attended my first live gig of the year ... Was at 160 in 2019.

I'm willing to take steps where I see safety measures are in place.

A care home manager in England killed himself as the guilt of his residents dying was too hard to live with.

I want complete peace of mind that whatever happens, I have done all I can to protect those in my care if I have that, I can cope with whatever happens.

We should genuinely be making more of this 1,000 fans in the ground issue. It's borderline scandalous. There seems to be no real issue on 30%, 40%, 50% filled grounds at this point where we seem to be either moping about how sad it is fans aren't getting back in numbers we'd like, or saying f**k all.
The fans have an absolute right to know who is making these decisions, why they are being made and why the club aren't fighting tooth and nail against any decisions made on 'social distancing' guidelines given that these don't appear to apply nearly as stringently to many, many other clubs very local to us.
Fir Park will be 47% full on Saturday for their game vs Hibs...St. Mirren Park was (allegedly) only allowed to be 12% full yesterday and only 12% full a week next Saturday.
Dundee, a city that had the outright highest infection rate in Europe until only a couple of weeks ago have applied for and expect to be granted increased capacity for our match on Saturday. And rightly so, who can blame them? And again, likely no away fans.
So why is Fitzpatrick showing up on Radio Scotland yesterday sounding like a beaten man when it comes to more supporters being let in? Why are the club not publicly questioning these decisions? This was packaged up by our SLO the other day as being a social distancing issue but that's clearly not true at all. I get some grounds have more seats, exits, facilities etc, but definitely not a disparity of 12% capacity in one ground allowed vs 47% in another.
Who ever ultimately made the decision, be it SMFC or Renfrewshire Council owe the supporters a full and frank explanation. Why should we still be balloting to see who f**king gets to go to games and who doesn't when other clubs are fighting tooth and nail to get ALL fans who want a ticket through the doors?

    I don't think we do.
Other than Kenny McLean, players that have left us recently seem to have fetched pretty reasonable fees. Although the fees that they left for were never really officially disclosed, so we'll never really know exactly what they were sold for.
Motherwell have hit a purple patch over the past couple of years with their youth players. Having had a search it would seem that there was considerable interest in some of the players and they were on long term contracts. The biggie was Turnbull where there was a very public tug of war between two very rich clubs, in Norwich and the green bigots. Hence the reported £3 million fee.
    Sold:

    19/20: Hastie* (Rangers - summer)(£400K), McKinstry (Leeds - summer) ?), McAlear (Norwich - summer) (£250K), Scott (Hull - January)(£1.5 million)
    20/21: Turnbull (Celtic - summer) (£3 million)
    * - Hastie wasn't really a sale it was a development fee.
When we've sold players, we've not really had a bidding war, no real interest from "big" English clubs with money to burn, and most of the players have been nearing or at the end of their contracts. As you can see Hull City appear to have been in "silly season" mode when they paid £1.5 million for Scott, given his likely career path back to Scotland.
Maybe with McGrath we might see a true bidding war, given the names of the clubs allegedly interested in him. However, given that he can sign a pre-contract in January we're probably not going to get what he's truly worth.
The one that galls me is Erhahon, with a lot of our fans seemingly quite happy to accept £300K. If Josh Doig can entertain bids of several million then Erhahon is worth so much more. To be fair, the club are certainly not underselling Erhahon's value in the quotes that I've seen.
I also believe that we'll eventually benefit even more from John McGinn's hugely profitable sell on clause. Just as well we didn't hold out for a bigger development fee at the cost of the sell on clause.
I also, think that the self-inflicted fiasco of appointing that f**king useless clown, whose name doesn't deserve mentioning, cost us a fair whack of the McGinn money. £75K for that donkey of a CH was the tip of the iceberg. Otherwise we'd be in a stronger financial position.

I'd heard that was Stubbs' doing that we ended up with Brock-Madsen and we were actually pursuing Stewart at the time.

Agree with the  number 10 role.

He doesn't have the legs for the position he started his career out in. He can pick a pass and has a great shot as you say. If McGrath was to leave McAllister could find more game time if there is not another replacement internally or inbound to fill that role.

Why would that sort of info be made available to a reporter. Surely its just a ball park figure plucked from a guestimation.

Jim has just publicly came out off the back of McAllisters link to St Johnstone and said he's an important player, though he doesn't fit his system.
If there is genuine interest in Erwin, I cant see the club standing in his way. We could get by on what we have, if we never had a replacement in before the window closes.
McGrath from what I believe is, he is happy to see out his contract, though if an offer comes in of his valuation and both parties are happy with the move, he will go before the window closes. Ideally if he is going to go, it happens soon so we can find a replacement, or at least use some of the cash to strengthen elsewhere too.
I've seen earlier talk about Erhahon. He is very highly rated at the club and the club won't entertain anything below 7 figures in my opinion. 2 years left on his contract, has a few minor flaws to his game yes, though a very intelligent passer of the ball for his age. Ethan is the type of player we should be trying to get an extension by a year at least to protect his valuation.
