He has one goal so far but the games I have been to he is not exactly been bombarded with service is it not the case of you need to ball to score the team were struggling to create much. We all know give him service and he will score what he does in his free time is nothing to do with us as supporters of the club

I have started reading the forum on a regular basis and it astonishes me why people think they have a right to continually for what is in essence harrassment of a football player of any club let alone the club they claim to support cheesy is not the most accomplished defender ever but he is still young and still learning he is not responsible alone for all the goals we have leaked. That's a team effort or lack of for that and clearly doesn't help when your partner is NOT a centre half (no slight on Goodwin) you play where your told to. In all honesty do you believe the players really give a toss about the tedious mundane now boring constant abuse on these type of forums. We as a club are in a terrible run at the moment and each and everyone of us as supporters should be exactly that giving 100% support to the club in order to help them through this patch. If there are any "supporters" that feel they can't do that they should stay away and let the true supporters get behind EVERYONE IN THE TEAM.

It amazes me people still think we should be rolling in it due to the cup run. We are not ad the extra revenue generated from that run would be used to compensate for the loss of revenue for poor league finish of same season.

Danny will be paid off I expect in the same manner as Gus but I do not believe the board will go for anyone they need to pay compensation for and I am not getting at the board SG has always done what he thought was right for st mirren as a football club. But a lot or people harp on about the cup run/win money but that will have been used to compensate the loss in league position money as we finished lower than the previous season thus there is no extra money to use.

Based in that then the players should alsobe held accountable I remember watching and reading interviews from "senior players"admiting to downing tools almost one the semi final was out the way spent is it all Danny bashing and before anyone saysthe buck stops with the manager to a point maybe but once youcross the white line you become responsible for your own actions and as such become accountable as well. I will not condone any terse comments to any st mirren staff but if one is guilty for what we have seen they all are

I don't post to often on here pure and simple due to the Danny bashing I'm not in either corner I am a st mirren supporter of 35 of my 40 years on this planet and irrespective of who is in charge they deserve the support of ALL of the supporters of St Mirren football club. Does anyone really really expect the board to look on here and go " a deal we better bag Danny" I think not. I feel it'd simple don't go if you don't like what your watching due to work commitments I don't get to nearly as many games as I would like to through last couple of seasons but I still love st mirren and any management team in place will get my full support until the BoD decide otherwise

He in no way is going to take the place of ESTABLISHED players for the respective clubs down south if as yet he has not replaced Cisse ameobi goufrann or ben arfa.
