No worries! I took it in good spirit and I deserved to be pulled up for my mistooks!

I actually feel for DL, despite his utterly baffling tactics, shocking transfers and his tedious post match interview routine that we hear every single week. He's been made the scapegoat during what has been a terrible calendar year in the league for the club. The players, the directors, the backroom staff all have to take part of the blame as well as the manager himself. It's not just DL making mistakes.
Our current squad of players is on par with a lot of top six sides. This team should be winning games regardless of the managers' tactics/team talks. Most players are being played in their preferred positions and are being paid good wages to give 100% on the pitch no matter who the manager is. That's the thing that disappoints me most; as supporters, we're paying their wages to travel up and down the country to watch them put in half arsed performances week after week. It's completely unacceptable. The least they could give us is a full bloodied effort.
Danny, roll up your sleeves. Get off that f**king bench on Saturday and show us if you want to be here or not and you make sure that the players follow suit. As far as my support goes for him, Saturday is last chance saloon.
Each and every member of that squad/staff are fighting for their futures and for the future of our club. It's not just Danny who should be getting the boot if we continue this form for the remainder of the season.
The only players we have that have been showing some sort of fight in recent games are Marian Kello and John McGinn.

Ive never been Danny's biggest fan. A lot of folk mention he is a nice guy, which he is,but being nice or not, he is a lost cause now. Seeing him sit in the dugout with his hands in his pockets and a look of disinterest shows that the guy is resigned to either jumping or being given the shove.
He's had time to try new (and sometimes bewildering) set up's and formations which havent worked, the team seem to have no connection with him now and his post match and newspaper interviews, are increasing becoming like the pished ramblings of a grandad who's had a spot to much of the good sherry! and the referring to himself in the third person- STOP IT!
Another problem, the BOD seem reluctant to fart a nugget, so unlikely they will shove him as they will need to pay him until the end of the season, as per his contract, and if they get someone in, thats another wage they will have to pay, and even if they are prepared to, who can we get that will be able to reverse some of the damage.
Im lost on what can be done, and its hurting to watch us getting humped on a regular basis.
Think it's time we hear from the board and see what they have to say, but seems we hear he-haw unless it suits them.

Lennon thinks we haven't clicked yet! Sorry Danny but it's you that hasn't clicked. His post match interviews used to be mildly entertaining now it's quite sad to hear a very honest man sounding delusional. The worry for me is we do tend to either sack managers when they are being successful or wait until it's too late to sack the ones like danny who have totally lost the place. It's natural to feel sorry for him and no one wants to see anyone out of a job but we need to act while there is still time.

To be honest, I wouldnt want Hartley as since he's been coaching, he's been too far of the radar. Eck is a good shout although there are 2 reasons he's unlikely, 1) He's likely to be out of our financial reach and 2) a few elements of the support might be against him as a former bluenose manager. We need someone who can help reverse the terminal decline that we are in

I dont think we can afford to, given not just our record and performance this season, but for the 2013 calendar year, as not to put too fine a point on it, we've been bollocks. And if the players have 'chucked it' we need a new man at the helm, but the players also need to look at themselves and figure out what part they have played(or not) in the current situation and what they all need to do to help get to where they need to be- Playing and playing with courage & fight & pride for the club.

Poor result on Saturday, but considerably better performance in my opinion. Wouldn't surprise me to see Danny sacked, & he could have no complaints given terrible form

Wouldnt say it was mealy mouthed or hypocritical. Pretty concise and honest to me. Kendo seems to be balanced in his view - Danny Lennon is looking ill, as if he could afford to lose weight, he must be weighing in at about 6 stone. Also he is too decent a character to take all the abuse that many, including me in this post according to ID's logic, are dishing out. And if he is feeling it, it will feed down to the team - and it is clear they are playing with near zero confidence at the moment. It seems to me to be a vicious circle - of course we can keep waiting for the next win, but given this is looking less than likely currently, the more we lose the more we are likely to lose - it becomes (has become) a habit. I just don't know...the sad truth is that as I trudged home on Saturday, I wasn't even angry anymore, just resigned to failure, and that can't be good.

Patient? as in wait until we are a minutes from relegation then deciding something needs to be done? we are in deep shit and dont have the luxury of patience. We all sat patiently waiting for new players to come in during the transfer window, but when the BOD didnt fart a nugget, that was it.

Hearts Perhaps? and that wasnt (in most cases) because the managers where doing a bad job, but because Romanov was crazier than a shithoose rat!
