  1. Agree, we could go on and on our team were outstanding yesterday. Who would have believed that in the high pressure crunch games against Ayr and Raith that we would win 11-2 ...Jack and his boys did...COYS
  2. Remarkable performance today it ranks with the best Saints performances I have witnessed under, Fergie, Smith, Hendrie, McPherson and Lennon. I don't think I have ever seen a Saints team work so hard from the 1st to the 90th minute, any time a Raith player got the ball he was closed down and we won the ball back. Stephen Mallans 3rd goal was incredible and it was great to see Morgan getting on the scoresheet. Kyle Magennis was simply outstanding and the workrate of Smith and Loy upfront was fantastic and our captain led by example. In Jack we have something very special and I believe that we will get at least a point at Easter Road next week.....A very proud Buddie [emoji835]️[emoji836]️[emoji835]️[emoji836]️ COYS
  3. I'm not going to get involved in speculating how the other games will go but I believe we will beat Raith 2-1 on Saturday to secure a playoff place....in Jack and his boys I believe...COYS
  4. If we win our last two games we would all be delighted and if it's the play offs bring it on....COYS
  5. Frustrated at losing a goal in the 90th minute after we equalise in the 88th, we should just see it out and take the point. O'Brien picking up a back pass very costly for us today and I am not convinced he is the keeper For us going forward. I wasn't at the game but listening to the commentary sounds like the ref had a howling 1st half and we were deserving of a draw. Other results did not go our way, convinced we will overcome Raith next week but 8th position is now unlikely. COYS
  6. Great result today, fantastic goal by our Captain and not disappointed by the result. Once again an immense away support [emoji122]????[emoji122]????[emoji122]????
  7. Another fantastic result from the boys, after Saturday I had some doubt, how dare I ! COYS
  8. Really poor disjointed performance from us today we missed Morgan big time and Stelio's Is no Morgan but credit to Jack for trying. We were 2nd to every ball and outfought by a well organised Dumbarton team that scrapped for their lives. We miss Davis at the back McKenzie n Baird have no passing ability or composure and just hammer everything into the sky. My concern is that you get away with that against the teams in the bottom half but against the teams in the top half we will get punished. Another poor penalty 1 scored from 5 the difference between staying up or going down. Midfield ???? Mallan was lost without Morgan, McGinn had an off day and the referee spoiled the game with his continuos stoppages for petty fouls. On the positive we are off the bottom , Jack is confident that the upcoming games against the top teams will suit us better, but after today I don't have his confidence and i am concerned about our ability to service the strikers minus Morgan
  9. Brilliant performance today well done to everyone at St Mirren, Jack got the tactics spot on starting Loy and benching Sutton. We played good football on the deck and were really clinical. Best wishes to Lewis Morgan, bring on the sons ....COYS
  10. Another great 3 points keeps the momentum going and a clean sheet[emoji1360] Come on you Saints ! [emoji460]️[emoji460]️
  11. Excellent fighting performance , agree not our best but they dug it out. The young uns, Smith, Morgan, Mallan and Magennis fought for every ball and were excellent. McKenzie a rock at the back . Well done Jack and everyone at SMFC......COYS
  12. In comparison to Wednesday the boys could not be faulted for their effort but not enough shots on target. Morgan had a good second half but I felt him and Smith were muscled off the ball a lot by the Pars defenders. McGinn been quiet in the last two games for me and Mallan so frustrating, some fantastic passes but fails with the simple stuff. A real positive was McKenzie and Davis who were solid, I think the number of games is taking its toll on the younger guys and Ross was right to rest Magennis and Stelios. Not the 3 points we desired but a point gained on Ayr and still confident we will catch them....COYS
  13. Not the result we wanted or needed but let's move on we can take 3 points off Dunfermline on Saturday. Lethargic performance and Billy "u are pish"out Langfield in for Saturday
  14. Still to be convinced by Billy not commanding enough in his own box for me?
  15. I couldn't agree more what an outstanding performance by the team and fans ... [emoji460]️COYS[emoji460]️

  18. A sharp reply are you still using carrier [emoji211]
  19. Not what we wanted or needed. Financially it could be positive but a real hiding could finish any chance of a run in the league.
  20. Well done to all those who travelled and correct decision to pay at the gate
  21. It's going to be tough in this weather to get a run going and I don't see Somerset being any better than the pitches at Dumbarton or Bayview. Really important we win our home games if we are to escape [emoji122]???? COYS
  22. Well done saints and the fans who travelled. Thanks to div for the 2nd half on twitter - made Dumbarton look like the Caribbean [emoji23] great lift for Lewis Morgan getting a double [emoji1360]
