Where does the money to actually fit out the void come from, I would have thought you were talking about six figure sums to get the place fitted and operational, if you are only getting £15k from initial joining fees, is there an element of borrowing or is the club financing it? Not a criticism btw, just wondering?

Would love to join unfortunately I only get to 10 to 12 home games so does not make sense for me . Was a member of the oldie street bar which was taken away from the fans for a players. Most members did not turn up , however if you are paying out the fee then I'm sure you will turn up. Bit disappointed but get it.

It's not ill-thought criticism at all and I believe the fans council have their hands tied a bit here.
It's constructive criticism from a genuine fan who believes we have missed the chance to maximise the footfall and income of the void due to an ill-thought out membership structure.

Fans council could make a fortune charging for admission to see him getting laughed at by everyone else.

£4856 interest payments.
£0 bank loans and overdrafts.
£138k other short term finance.
£31k other long term finance.

Maybe they took out a personal loan to cover and this and this was the rate?

Maybe the other directors of their companies weren't willing to lend the 6 figure sum for hee haw?

Maybe the went round the scheme and got a loan from a local shark? Decent rate if they did.

Maybe it's to HMRC?

Maybe we have equipment on finance?
Maybe it's credit card interest?

Who knows LP, why don't you email or call them up and ask the question directly? When you do you could thank them for lending us the money to keep us afloat?

I don't have access to the accounts Lord P, could you explain further for my benefit. What does it say specifically in the accounts, how much have we borrowed and from which directors, where is he interest rate stated?

The logo certainly looks a lot better than it did last year - still just a bit big for me, but of course you have to make concessions and compromises when doing these things. Main point is the strip is really smart - well done JD and Fans Council.

I think the sponsor logo is still on the large side, but at the end of the day at least it's black & white too.

For all those in the know who say it's nothing to do with the club, you might be right! But the great thing about our legal system is if you think there is fault you can test it in court and if it runs, it runs - and it can affect how the law is interpreted in future cases. Remember, we are Paisley, we are the "snail in a bottle". (Google it if you need to?)

Typical EL wording would state:
"We will pay the amount of damages for which you, or any of the additional persons insured, are liable at law and claim costs in respect of accidental bodily injury to any employed person caused during the period of insurance and arising out of and in the course of their employment by you in connection with the business."

Then a prison sentence is headed the way of around 15 members of our squad from last year!!

Hi all - we've had a fantastic response to the survey so far, thank you to everyone who has contributed - If you haven't completed it yet, you have until the end of the week to do so. We would really like to get as much input as possible so if you are able to please share your thoughts!

Glad your up for it, get some of your friends up for it too, the more we have the higher percentage of shares we can negotiate for, the survey is all about finding out just how many would be willing to subscribe, only then can we look at where we go from there.
If enough people show intent, we may get enough to buy a majority share in the club, only time and the backing of fans will tell.
Get as many fans as you can to complete the survey and we get a better picture of what we can achieve, there is no committment in filling out the survey, but we would ask that people be genuine about how much they can subscribe and also be willing to commit the amount stated if and when we have a plan to go with.
