  1. St Mirren's future in the top flight will owe more to the likes of Josh McGennis, SMactive and W7 than anything from AS, Rice and Jackson.
  2. On what basis? Because he is the 10th or 11th most shite of our first 11?
  3. I would easily have him in the top 10. He was as instrumental, if not more, than JR getting us to where we are from the shit we were in. I am staggered at how bad he was today. I try very hard not to say things on this forum that I wouldn't say in front of my maw so I am signing off now as I feel so angry about where we find ourselves this evening.
  4. We wish. Would cost more than we could afford All I know is that both Rice and Jackson seem to have publicised personal challenges that would render them high risk as leaders
  5. Players going through a hard time. They look to the bench for inspiration and see that. Dreadful management If that's management let me do it I was doing it all afternoon.
  6. If true WTF? As a clueless sap even I know Cammy is a cracking St Miirren player and the new signings can't lace his boots so unless the boy is a disruptive prik, which I doubt, what is going on?
  7. Yip. Something is going on and needs stamped the f#ck out right now.
  8. The only we could afford to do is put Stubbs on gardening leave and put Rice in charge. Let's be honest he couldn't be any worse. I think Rice could be way fekn worse. If AS goes then so does Rice and Jackson.
  9. Gordon Scott needs called out right now. This team has major issues. We are shoe ins for relegation. The new players are not good enough. The Championship winning players have regressed to being poor The captain, who can play at a higher level than us, is being called out by AS despite being infinitely better than his signings. It's clear that all is not well. As a fan who is paying to help GLS exit, I want to to know what is going wrong?. The management team look way out of their depth. Poor signings, poor tactics and no light at the end of the tunnel. Not acceptable.
  10. I like it. We do lack a good wide player. I wish we had brought Templeton in from Hamilton. Looking forward to this one
  11. Seats are too wee as well. Should be wider.
  12. Agreed. think he could be a handful. Greg Stewart would be great and Brock would certainly seem to relish the thought of playing alongside him but if not to be then the big man might work just fine as an alternative to or alongside Danny and / or Kenny M.
  13. I agree. The loss of Lewis and Harry, in particular, has significantly weakened us. Cammy, Kyle and even Steven McG seem to be struggling to find form in a team with so many unproven players. I have completely reset my ambition for the season ahead. Staying up will be a massive achievement and hopefully AS can get us to kick on next season.
  14. I can't imagine that his hassle at Rangers or his short player/ manager stint has been enjoyable. Turning out as a player for a pleasant stable club like ours might be a pleasure for the guy and rekindle his desire to get the baw in the net. I would be happy for AS to offer him a 1 season deal - usual post Rae caveat that he doesn't do commentary or social media on Rangers .
  15. Probably a fair shout on the number of transfer windows Ricky. The frustration is just how bad the first one has been so far.
  16. According to a guy sitting behind me at Pittodrie we had option to sign Shankland at start of season for a £10,000 signing on fee but we decided not to take up the deal. Probably a decision made by Jack Ross. The boy is certainly on fire now.
  17. In fairness to AS he inherited a squad in need of overhaul and he has had less time than most in our division to think about who he wants and get them in. After today though he can be in absolutely no doubt that he needs to get decent signings in now or it could be too late come January. Alan can't afford to hang about and wait for favours from Celtic and Everton.
  18. This. It looks like we need about 5 or 6 starters before the transfer window closes and the team needs to buy into Alan Stubbs style of play. Tall order.
  19. Yes. I have come up with one. The last time Dundee were looking for a new manager they turned their eyes on Paisley.
  20. Got to be honest I would settle for penalties now.
