I don't get you Top Cat. Unless you or your close friends are members of our BOD then your stance and defence of them just don't make any sense. And as you were attempting to speak for thousands of Saints fans by suggesting they couldn't name the BOD or care about what's going on in the boardroom, the arrogance was oozing from your pours. Of course the fans are interested in how their club is run. Just take a look at the Saints for Sale threads. I wouldn't want to see SG run onto the park! That's just to much work for him!! The board say they are tired, poor them. We're all tired, tired of the lack of enthusiasm and direction. Stale,stale,stale. We are a community club and should expect the board to stay in touch with the fans, through good times and bad. If they cant, they should chuck it.

The point aye was making was Top Cat says saints fans wouldn't read any statement by the board. I was mearly pointing out that the thread wss viewed 638 times. I agree though, it could have been read by 2 people 319 times each.

Aye right! You came on this thread as it states ' message from the Saints Bod' and hundreds would have read the thread. If you had invested thousands of pounds, you wouldn't sit quietly in the background as the threat of relegation is almost a reality. And what thread are YOU actually reading ? I have never said I would chuck it....and would never! If being a passionate Saints fan who wants to shake some life into an ailing board, and some supporters, makes me in the minority then so be it. So much so for the directors of the club they have invested in, to come out and rally the troops. I dont give a monkeys toss if they lose money or make money. As a fan I pay my money and have my say. I'm deeply sorry if its not what you or anyone else for that matter wants to hear. What about sorry for the utter fcuk up they have made of this season!!! These people have a duty to ensure they try their very best for our club, not just pick it up and drop it anytime they like because they cant be arsed! It is obvious that people, like yourself and others out there are only too willing to accept our board are, well bored. Tired and lacking in ideas. Bollox!! Bollox !!!!Bollox. They cant be arsed. So because of their lack of effort, we will find ourseves in a lower division. How many years will we struggle in that division? Absolutely astonishing that there are fans who are happy to sit back and accept this utter pish. This is why the St.Mirren BORED of directors treat the fans like shite as we allow it to happen. The VERY LEAST our board should be saying is rallying the support in this important run in. Possibly even lower the home prices. ANYTHING but the silence people like yourself are prepared to accept.

Does anyone remember a song that was played over the PA system during the 70's called, I think, ' Go Saints'? The only line I can remember is ' people come around from miles around singing GO SAINTS'....I remember the song was shit, but that line and the shity tune have stuck in my memory.
