I would have appointed Billy Reid. He has a record of high finishes and winning promotion from this division on limited resources with 2 clubs. Tome Hendrie also had a record of winning promotions. Dunfermline have had the biggest wage budget in the division this season by a long way. And the second biggest, behind Rangers last year. Indeed, there was an outcry from fans of rival clubs in the same division as Dunfermline at the start of the season because they were signing their players.
