  1. A bit like the Hibs game, a bad day at the office and we move on. Not many positives to take from tonight so best we move on, swiftly, to Aberdeen. Never held out much hope for points from tonight, or this weekend, and will view anything from Dons as a bonus. Home games against Staggies, Accies and Well are far more important.
  2. We were very poor this evening. Offered nothing after McGrath went off. Roll on Saturday. COYS !!
  3. 4-0 down to a very very poor Celtic side is not a good result at all, but we’ve only got ourselves to blame again - after the first 10-15mins we have not managed to string two passes together. After McGrath went off we offered nothing. Be very different at Pittodrie on Saturday ... COYS !!
  4. Agree. They are very poor, but we’ve been absolutely honking. Need to change the midfield, or formation, as we don’t seem to be able to keep the ball at all. If we can equalise you never know ..
  5. We may end up losing by 4 or 5, and I hope not, but this is a really poor Celtic side. One of the poorest I can remember seeing. So there is still hope ..... However, we do need to play an awful lot better.
  6. Durmus lost him. Still, only 1-0 down at HT. Not sure we can play much worse, so I expect much better 2nd half. JG won’t be giving them a rocket, just reminding them to do the simple things, well. Passing has been awful so far ... COYS !!
  7. We’ll miss Dennis tonight, but I think JG would have started Obika on his own anyway, just to shake it up a bit. I do not think Celtic’s defenders will relish being up against him. Hope he harasses and bullies them right from the start. Jak back and the normal back four, but very unsure of the rest. Nothing to fear, but the result really could be anything. I’d love to see us score first and go on to win (again), but I have no expectations of that happening. Celtic have great attacking players who, on their day, can trouble anyone and won’t be overly disappointed with the final result as long as we have a go and give a good account of ourselves. COYS !!
  8. Strange indeed as the club have actually been pretty good this season in providing updates on players injuries. Even worse than originally suspected ? Or not as bad ? Anyone’s guess. Whichever it is, I hope he makes a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him back in our starting lineup.
  9. That’s exactly how I see it. However, still really pleased Dean’s extended.
  10. A red all day long. I’d expect that to be reviewed and upgraded from yellow to red next week.
  11. No failures in the side today. Great team performance.
  12. Not now, but perhaps if we beat them there a week on Saturday ...
  13. Real test of character for the boys this second half. We still have players who can create and get us a goal so not over quite yet. And always the chance of them getting a red to even things up though.
  14. You probably don’t want to hear this, but the feed has been fine for me. Probably actually better than previous matches too.
  15. Nothing like getting ahead of ourselves. But you never know ...
  16. Absolutely, we have had a run of bad luck and been on the end of some horrendous decisions against Hibs - surely time for a Buddies victory ?
  17. I like the lineup too, however, I’m not sure it’s our strongest. I genuinely don’t know what our strongest starting 11 is these days - so many good options for JG. Can’t remember the last time I was able to say that. Good times to be a Buddies fan. COYS !!
