Too be honest it used to feel good and then I grew up. Celtic are no more Irish than St Mirren and if it was St Mirren in Europe I want them to win. I want all SCOTTISH teams to win in Europe. I would like to return to the days of seeing Aberdeen beating Real Madrid as much as any team winning. I would much rather see Man City et al pumped. I don't support either of them indeed nor do I support any SPFL team. My team will be at Alloa in the Scottish on Saturday after their Junior Cup triumph last year seeing us qualify.

Thanks mate. He was also a captain in the BB, played piano in a band and had time for each and every person he met. I will miss him greatly as will the town of Beith.

I am a supporter of Beith Juniors and regularly contribute to the Junior section on here. One of our supporters passed away over the weekend at the age of 80. His name was Willie McDougall and he was a tech teacher at both the above schools. Just thought I'd post on here as I'd imagine some on here may have been taught by him. He was a total gentleman. May he rest in peace.

They are ethnically Albanian and I believe it has been agreed that Swiss players originally of Kosovan background have been told they can revert to playing for Kosovo due to change in FIFA status. Apparently many fled to Switzerland during conflict and there were a few Kosovans in Swiss Euros squad. Also unusually for a European country they are 95% Muslim.
