I'm amazed that Saints have ok'd Hibs to talk to McGinn. I can only assume Goodwin has a RB coming in. Flynn has done OK but even if he did better it still means we lose his dig in midfield.
As for the strikers. Before ditching Cooke and Mullen, why not give them some decent minutes on the park? Obika and Morias haven't exactly set the heather on fire. 
Morias runs about like a headless Danny Mullen and I am actually starting to think Obika is bomb proof. He spends most of the game strolling across the park to where the HAD been. When the ball does come to him he can't win a header and he can't trap a ball. He's terrible with his back to goal and his first touch is a godsend to the opposition defence.
 

Only 3 players who I would class as 1st team Regulars. Hladky, P McGinn & Flynn. Not really been impressed with Andrieu, a constantly injured CB, 2 loan players and 2 fringe players, oh and the captain

Not for a moment saying Danny is a great striker but he is a hell of a lot better than Cooke. Cooke has had 3 League starts in 20 months under 3 different managers tells its own story. Danny came on as a sub on Saturday, scored one, made one and had a great volley on target. Cooke had come on as a sub in the five previous games and I only remember one shot on target from him. Cooke offers very little.   I would punt Cooke and keep Danny for now.

I heard 2 weeks ago that Danny had been told to find a new club. Madness. He has the best scoring ratio of anyone at ghe club. If anyone should be going it shojld be Cooke.

The 3-0 at home v Motherwell in 2006 under Gus was one of the great cup performances of recent times. Corcoran and Charlie Adam outstanding. Hopefully, a repeat of that....

Also, assuming it's not picked for TV, will be good to have a 3pm Saturday kick-off!

You are right. They do play their home games at Alloa's ground.

This is absolutely woeful. Somebody needs to tell Magennis to stop shooting from distance coz he’s f**kin terrible at it. 

Regardless of today it shows we badly need a goalscorer. 

Obika being our first choice striker is very concerning.
