For me, the biggest positive today was the work rate by every one of our players. If only we witnessed that much effort from the entire team in every game we played the supporters would have nothing to complain about. 
Main was my MOM today, a terrific non-stop display from him, and he showed more ball skills than I believed he possessed.
Disappointing that we didn't hang on to our lead, but I can't criticise any of our players after that terrific effort today.

Absolutely.
I think people's misconception that our midfield doesn't make cutting, decisive passes, is clouded by the fact that most of the midfield's work is to harry the opposition and break up play.
However, as you say, when we do get the ball in midfield, we can be extremely effective and free flowing, as evidenced by the move that led to Ayunga's (unfairly chopped off) goal on Saturday.
Both O'Hara and Baccus are extremely effective at that, and Erhahon chips in with some useful defence splitting passes.
I did criticise the midfield for not being direct enough through the middle when our wing options have been limited, but it's just the way that we play.

Don't think he is going anywhere. Genuinely think he is passionate about the project here and wants to take us to top 6 and Europe. 

Shows how far we have come when we nit pick over individual performances. Dunne, Ayunga and Ethan still get it in the neck but they all play a massive part. All players make mistakes but collectively the team are more together than I have seen them in many years. 
Robbo is showing why we paid the money for him. Nothing beats seeing him celebrating after a win.

Was about to say that Boyle’s return has made a massive difference to Hibs.
They had looked a bit toothless up until then. I know it’s a team game, but one man like him really can make a difference.
