Always liked him as a player and got better with each year he has been in and around the team. At only 21 he still has afew years to go before peaking so he can be an outstanding player.
Never understood why some people had a downer on him, he suffered from being used wrongly when he was 17/18 in the team but has shown this season especially what he can do when played correctly.
Good luck to to the lad and hope he keeps learning and showing people they were wrong.

Ethan will do well down south and will be a miss in the team but we are a selling team so getting the money is a plus, been getting better and better he is one of the players who is calm on the ball and finds a pass.

Not great but 3 points were a must today.
They never looked like scoring, fairly conformable, the odd stramash apart.
Still, the lack of a goalscorer is a worry, need to finish these games off, not good for my nerves. 
The last 5 or 6 minutes showed how nervy we can be. 

Saints playing well, Motherwell as normal for us plenty of possession but huffing and puffing with no edge so far. Main took his goal well , happy for the big man as he puts in a shift every game. No duffers so far , everyone doing their job.

Never made the game today we played against a team who are probably same size as us (who just happen to be in league below at present) we kept a clean sheet and progressed to next round of cup so what's not to like.

It's now nearly February and today was the 1 bad game at home all season we played well in 4 from last 5 and got no wins today we played bad and won.

The January/February schedule after world cup was always going to be really tough with so many games and we have to take the inevitable bad performance's to come and hope we scrape some points when we do play bad which we don't normally do.

I would take Ayunga off and bring Brophy on , again poor in the final 3rd but at least Brophy has a shot in him

Overall no surprises , Celtic have the money to spend on class players to finish moves and create them. We have players able to frustrate and harry, against any team outwith the gruesomes I fancy our chances (if only we would take one of them). Onwards and hopefully upwards.

I didnt expect much from this game so am happy the other part of what I hoped for is going well, Aberdeen getting pumped by Hearts 3-0
