If I was an employee who was effectively being seconded to another organisation, I’d be looking for my wages plus expenses/ disturbance. If I’m being sent to a different country then I’d be expecting things such as flights home, reasonable accommodation, possibly even use of a car to be covered. It can only be speculation but perhaps it was this type of demand, that the agent would be likely to be looking after, that was going to be more costly than originally envisaged/ agreed. Loan deals, particularly where the player is having to move country are undoubtedly more complex than just covering some or all of the wages.

I agree with what you said about the agents, but how do you know you’re not in the big bad Gordon is a liar club? Only Baz gets to decide who is in that club and he doesn’t let facts get in the way of his decision on this.

I don’t know the truth, and as a fan at this point I don’t care, what is done is done as fans we move on and let the individuals sort this out between themselves. Thanks Oran for last season, thanks Gordon for taking stewardship until the bowling club committee take over. I just want to watch some football.

TBH if a bid has come in and he goes this is the model set up by the club..... use stats to identify potential undervalued talent, sign them give them a stage and take the profit ( less VAT obviously 🤐 ) Would be disappointed to see him leave but would rather this sort of thing happened with him being a success than having a team full of jobbers that are barely adequate and won’t go any higher.

I did think this would run most of the way through the transfer window and was pleasantly surprised when he came back last week. Hopefully just a bump in the road and we can get him back in soon, although I’m sure Goodwin will have his own ideas of what positions he wants to strengthen and what type of player he wants in.

Was able to renew my sons W7 one no bother online but my family stand one wouldn’t work, got a message saying no membership available for renewal. Ended up going to the ticket office today and got sorted there. I believe others are having a similar problem.

Problem is the early bird runs out tomorrow and the ticket office doesn't open till Monday. Ticket office is open tomorrow morning 9-11 not ideal I know but you might be able to renew over the phone.

I got the same message this morning, funnily enough my sons one in W7 got renewed no problem. If I was a cynic I’d say it was a ploy to minimise the number of family stand ST renewals. Fortunately I’m not a cynic and realise things can sometimes go wrong without someone being incompetent or a liar. 😎 Ended up going down to the stadium and got it sorted no problem this morning. I’d suggest emailing the club letting them know the problem to ensure you can still get the early bird price.
