FFS, we sign 2 players and yet the thread is polluted with the usual childish bickering by the usual f**king arseholes.

Exactly. One of our “top 3” got beaten by a welsh team. I think people overestimate the standard of player required to stay in this league.
Reilly scored against Aberdeen at pittodrie. Don’t see why he couldn’t score a lot of goals with decent supply. 

He linked up well with Morgan and Smith, and as a result the three of them smashed in the goals. Morgan may have been a special talent, but the loss of Gavin didn’t help Cammy, who’s struggles were probably aided by the lack of a decent striker. Again it says a lot to me that Mullen never got many goals while having an on form Cammy and Lewis Morgan supplying him. I was hoping we’d seen the improved version when he hit some goals at the end of last season, but the League Cup efforts weren’t great (whereas Reilly did well in these games).

Oh dear someone obviously has a gripe with wee Gav, did he pump yer, partner? I'm presuming you have one!

Can't wait to see how we line up tomorrow, a good headache to have in the middle now

Sorry to say it, but both kits are shite. Was hoping we would get our stripe back, but instead got yet another piss poor effort that must have taken the design department at Joma all of 3 seconds to come up with- and they have forgotten about the back of the home shirt

Much as I think we need to toughen up and give it out as much as we are taking it - I cannot condone Paul's elbow in the face of Smith on Saturday.
This is simply thuggery. This is even worse than diving in my opinion (which also should be punished much more severely too) - It should be punished severely and be completely unacceptable - longer suspensions etc...  I've seen broken noses and jaws from this kind of thing.
What we do need to do is to stop standing off opposition players and react much earlier when they are making runs. Give them no time on the ball and see how good at football they are then. . . .
