  1. For once, you post some snippets of sense [emoji12]
  2. er, well, yes, the fact that he had no majority is the reason he wants an election and why he threw them out Do you want me to repeat it a third time?
  3. May didn’t throw them out because she’d have lost her majority and didn’t want an election Boris can throw them out because he doesn’t care about having a majority and he wants an election Pretty easy to justify
  4. The SNP MPs just vetoed England’s wishes to leave with no deal
  5. Hilary Benn’s European Union bill second reading was backed by 329 for and 300 against. A winning margin of 29. All 35 SNP MPs voted for. So the SNP won the day for Scotland against the wishes of England. England is not a nation of unified opinion. London has a greater population than Scotland and also had a majority vote to remain. But the rest of England outvoted them.
  6. The UK and Scotland are part of Brussels. It’s not some separate entity that we play no part in. And those rules and regulations will still exist regardless of whether we are part of the EU or not. Would it not be better if we had a say in making those rules and regulations?
  7. But there just aren’t enough 1 bedroom properties to make the bedroom tax feasible. It doesn’t really save the country any money and it just makes the Tories look nasty. It’s ludicrous.
  8. That’s because Scotland hasn’t had to deal with large scale immigration in recent times like in England and other countries in Europe. It’s easy for them to be a welcoming party when immigration isn’t an issue. But I don’t think we can kid ourselves. I keep hearing that Scotland voted to remain as if Scotland is some united country on the matter. But the fact is that approx a third of Scotland voted to leave. In terms of actual number of votes cast, as many people in Scotland voted to leave as voted for the SNP in the Scottish Parliament elections. I have no doubt that immigration was a big factor in that. And the fact that Scottish football is dominated by 2 clubs whose business model is based on the exploitation of hatred of the last large influx of immigrants to Scotland shows that Scotland is not as welcoming as made out.
  9. I go on about Sevco because I want to see them obliterated. What far right crap do I post?
  10. No, I’m not a nationalist. I voted remain and no in the referendums
  11. You’re the nationalist and a Sevco apologist, so more your thing I guess.
  12. On the contrary, I’m against nationalism Unlike you [emoji849]
  13. I was jesting in my previous posts, albeit, the benefits I outlined could well turn out to be true. The opposition are not united in their anti Brexit stance by any stretch of the imagination. And the entire pro Brexit vote does not necessarily want no deal. It’s been Boris’ plan to win an election all along. And securing a no deal Brexit or stopping Brexit isn’t going to help the SNP’s cause. It would be better for them if Boris won.
  14. The Tory / Brexit Party will simply reverse the legislation when they win the election [emoji1] Win win kerching! £££££££
  15. The Tory / Brexit Party coalition government after the election will see to it that it isn’t [emoji1]
  16. You “plebs” won’t gain from low mortgage rates and soaring worker’s pension funds?
  17. Hoping for a no deal Brexit Interest rates will fall again and stay low for years, the pound will fall shares will soar Win win
  18. He played left central defence when he was at Love Street. Doesn’t mean he can play left back!
  19. He played on the left side of a 3 man central defence. He wasn’t a left back. He did play at right back for Rangers and Scotland though.
  20. Beep, beep, reverse, reverse! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
  21. @sweeper07 set the target! I agree, not very sensible
