GeordieBuddie got a reaction from jaybee in The January 2020 Transfer Window
Beggars belief that 5 games in and we have a January transfer thread already!
If I remember right we done the same earlier in the season and said we need 2 strikers look how that's turned out so far.
It doesn't matter how good your strikers are, if they do not get any service they won't get goals.
We need to build from the back, stop conceding goals is a start!
There is no way in the world Vladky will sign a new deal if we are struggling, why would he ? Would you ?
Kellerman has never been given a chance, if he's not going to get one get rid.
I'd like to see Cooke given a chance, if Ross Stewart can bang them in I see no reason why Cooke can't if given the service.
Let's see where we are come January! Let's be honest for stability we'd all take 10th Place now, personally I think we will avoid relegation & the play off's.

GeordieBuddie got a reaction from faraway saint in Danny Mullen
For me JG has his first 11 and DM is not in it. Come hell or high water like a few others in the squad he will live and die by his selections.
Unfortunately early signs are not good enough in regards to our forward line.
Hopefully that changes on Saturday and we take at least 4 points from Hamilton/Hearts games.
If we don't I really can't see where we go from here except being stuck in another dog fight that I just can't see us winning this time around.

GeordieBuddie got a reaction from belfast billy in Transfer Window Countdown
For me Djorkaef will be like a new player Can't understand when he hasn't got any minutes yet! Current midfield hasn't exactly started with a bang.
His dads flew in twice and he hasn't even got off the bench!
But I think a CD and a proven striker is probably needed!

GeordieBuddie got a reaction from jaybee in Jack Baird joins Morton
Got to agree here, always gives 110% wears his heart on his sleeve. But can't help feel its left us short at the back, hopefully its just about keeping him fit and balancing the books.

Think this is just to give him game time and probably get the great unwashed to pay some of his wages.
If what Robert Greave has reported is true, Broadfoot has penned a 2yr deal.

GeordieBuddie got a reaction from norman in If we stay up... Give us the family stand back.
Until we can fill the South stand for me as a South stand season ticket holder I see no issue moving seats if the club benefits financially.
If it pays the wage of an additional player or two I am all for it.
We love the saints for a reason and it shouldn't matter an iota where your sitting.
